Gay Christians not swayed by 'clobber passages'

"Clobber Passages" are the true abomination of those that like to thump their chest and bible while proclaiming their Christianity.

No, its mans inaccurate interpretation of Gods message through ancient mens written and their ancient religious cultures so an agenda based on discrimination and oppression can continue at the hands of biblical non conformists, if this self proclaimed maniacs were serious, their voices wouldn't be of a Constitutional one, they'd be one of ancient Greek law and not only would homosexuality be embraced and respected, it would be a norm. And shellfish and other abominable food sources wouldn't be available at your local food mart and divorce lawyers wouldn't exist.

nicely put...dont forget all women on their periods would be leaving the cities and going out in the woods once a month for 7 days...and we would still be practicing animal sacrifices. most "religious" leaders use the old testament to validate their own bigotry.

I use the Holy Spirit that God gave me when I confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior to interpret the bible and they all say that homosexuality is wrong and even if I had no bible if I just look at nature I know that it is wrong.

explain to me why Jesus mentions a male homosexual couple in the story of the rapture? if you follow the Bible word for word, when is the last time you sacrificed an animal? if you are a female, when is the last time you left the city to go to the woods for 7 days while on your period? how many men do you know who keep concubines? do you eat pork and shellfish? and as far as homosexuality being unatural, explain why scientist have discovered that the biological makeup of the brains of heterosexual people and homosexual people are different? also, scientist have evidence of the so called "gay gene" and are trying to label it specifically...you are a sunday morning bench warmer who uses what parts of the Bible you choose to make yourself feel better about being homophobic.

When thinking rationally, that would be a silly notion. God does not tell you to hate gay people.

God loves everone, just hates what you do. But the bible does say their is a price for sin. The old testiment was for only one purpose and that was to introduce Jesus to the world, When he died for your sins the Old testiment was washed away "old things become new" Gays ALWAYs wants to justify their actions. But I guess they will know the answer one of these days when they have to face Christ on judgment day.

Can you give me the passage where Jesus speaks about the Rapture? I was told that the Rapture is not in the Bible, and that it was invented by a 19th century Englishman.

nicely put, although I would change "Gays always want to jusity their actions." to "Sinners always want to jusity their actions." and they always want to bring a child of God down to their level.

if they are Christians, they will be welcomed by Jesus with open arms..especially since he mentioned a male homosexual couple in the story he told about the events of the rapture.
