He was truly one of the great actors to ever walk the stage and grace the screen as well as a great American. He will be missed,

I find it amusing the stuff that FCN sends out "Breaking News Alerts" for. I get emails from BBC, CNN, Channel 4, and FCN and all but FCN send out real news. I'm not trying to be disrespectful to this great actor, but jeez was somebody a huge fan at FCN?

What an inspiration. He and his family are wonderful inspirations of courage, talent, morals. May he rest in peace.

I wonder how he's explaining to St. Peter now about why he held a gun show in Colorado days after the Columbine shootings.
Good riddance to this heartless loser.

Santa breaks wind and Channel 4 will send a breaking news alert out about it. I beg to differ on who handles "real" breaking news appropriately.

Yeah, I'm sure that with his commitment to God, country and family values, that St. Peter is really raking him over the coals on having held a gun show. Get a life.

True, but it seems like FCN only sends out traffic reports and deaths of actors.

Perhaps St. Peter can swing by earth sometime and explain why Christianity is still holding church every Sunday after it is responsible for the deaths of millions over the past 2,000 years jerkoff

I'm not going to pick on Christianity for once, but I will say this. "Do NOT Question" is something you should never do. If you have questions, ask. If your religion cannot formulate an answer, then maybe it is wrong. Religion needs to be questioned or else it is nothing more than a cult.

consdering legal gun ownership has nothing to do with 2 wacko's who couldnt handle life and decided to puss out and shoot a bunch of innocent people before taking their own lives(the only good thing about the tragedy), i doubt he had to explain anything about the gun show. now go hug some more tree's you bleeding heart hippie.

We have lost a great American. One that served in the war. This fine person was a veteran - not many around any more. Most of the young men these days have little interest in military service. Charlton Heston was from the generation that was caring and patriotic - willing to server the country, without doubts. Godspeed, sir.
