Arrest Judge Donald Moran

Jacksonville is too far gone to recover. Best thing for all the hard working class people is Move Out!! Leave the mess to the mobsters and criminal politicians to clean up. There aren't enough dedicated citizens to make a difference. No matter who you attack there are 100 more of the mob buddies to defend them. Jacksonville started out as a mobsters town and is still being run on that premise with the same minded people.
City council is about to add another criminal lawyer to the list. She has been munipilating San Marco with her judge and council contacts for years and now she needs some personal things done so, here we go!
Just move out because it's going to be another newark N.J. by the time this group is done!

I am now been served with an injuntion from judge cole who never sent me with a notice to defend myself because my wife at the time had the mail stoped at our house and i had no way of knowing that i was to show up could someone please tell me what to do

Judge Cole has written the most incomplete and child like order I have ever seen. Her order contains information that was not presented at trial. How does she know about things that were not presented at trial. Says she will not hear hearsay. Her order is full of hearsay from one party. The order was signed on December 31, 2011. Come on, did she really work on Sunday, and New Years Eve at that. I seriously doubt that the court house was open on Sunday. Therefore, Judge Cole commented a crime by post-dating or pre-dating a legal document....Her order calls for weekly visits at the nurturing center, something the nurturing center can not honor. You would think someone on the board would know the policies of the agency they are serving on. Judge Cole hasn't got a clue...........

to fighting for him: please let me know what you have found. Judge Cole is very biased and does not even know all of the facts in her cases. Look deeper you will find much, much more...

I have the same problem. We all need to get together and see if we can get enough people to stir the pot. Maybe a large number of voices will make a difference.
