speculation is useless. for all other people that want to talk rumor stuff, lets talk wat we do know. i dont have to be there that day to know, he threatened my friend & chased him down, shot him in back twice, shame he couldnt use his fist. he was just mad & made bad decision, ok watever, it still happend. darren is not hear to defend himself so please all others opinion & hear say is irrelevant. scott needs to pay, darren paying ultimate price, so scott needs to be punished. he saw his kids on fathers day huh, well must be nice, the spoiled selfish jerk brat he has always been. Please no one forget darren & wat happnd that sad day when we lost a good fun man.They can postpone court as many times as they wan, but no forget darren & his fam & friends please. the truth is out there. Let justice be served please. this is only the 2nd time i get on this thing so pls dont be hateful or rude & respond to me being inconsiderate. thank u to all the suporters out there of darren. im not apoligizing for scott cuz he does regret everything that happened..wheather its true or not darren also had a chain and scott did what his training told him to do..maybe if there wasnt a chain he may still have shot him idk..im not judging cuz if the mother of my kids was in rehab and someone was giving her drugs..id be pissed off myself..and im sure theres more to it..some people snap..and do crazy things..scott is a good guy and so is darren..i do think he should serve time but i think maybe 10 years..i myself wouldnt want 10 years..id kill myself befor i spent 10 years in jail..i think amber should spend the time he gets. alot of blame can be placed on her

I do know one thing and that Scott only did what any father/mother would have done in this situation that he was in. It's unfortunate that the situation had to escalate, but, deep down...he was doing what he did for his children. Believe it or not. Those kids shouldn't have been with Amber anyway.

I agree with Susan. It had nothing to do with drugs. He was jealous but that does not justify him shooting Darren 3 times in the back as he ran! There are other ways to deal. That's unforgivable. OJ Simpson may have gotten away with that murder with his money but look at him now! Karma came back to bite him in the butt. And if he was worried about his kids why did he shoot Darren IN FRONT of his kids? And how did he explain him murdering a man to them? He didn't deserve to see them on Fathers Day in my opinion.

Goodmemories if you know so much about Scott being a spoiled brat. Working for a living for the past 6 years at a stable job is something I bet you can't say. It is all a sad situation both ways. I wish it wouldn't have happened but it did. I feel for all the children involved but taking one side when no one knows what really happened is ignorant. No one saw what happened, his kids were not there when the shooting happened.

i know darren also..i used to buy pot from him years ago..but i had herd he ent on to beigger and better drugs..it had alot to do with drugs..the kids called scott and said darren comes over to give momma her candy..atleast they were smart enuff to not tell the kids it was drugs..if he wasnt into drugs..amber wouldnt had anything to do with him..im not saying scott was right by any means but if you are put in certain situations u dont know what you would do..i do think scott will spend a little time but its not gonna be alot..theres a little truth to everything you hear..but unless you were there..you cant judge anyone..im basing my info om facts from knowing all the partys involved

At they were smart enough to not tell the kids it was drugs..... REALLY!!!!!!!! so it's better that the kids think it's "candy" and they might want to sneak some "candy" when mom isnt looking and end up eating drugs or worse, overdosing, all bc they were told it was candy!!!!
