If Jackson wanted more people to recycle then they should take note of Cape's set up. Cape has a recycle day just like a trash day. Until Jackson has the same back off the people who do not recycle. Just to let you know I recycle so don't jump my back because you assume I don't. Friendly Neighbor wrote: Call the city and report them for the toys and rabbits in the front yard. We can't have that in our fair hamlet!!! We are the city of beautiful homes churches and parks. We need a neighborhood beautification committee to get rid of all the poor taste and lack of sophistication in the neighborhood. We can start with all the houses immediately surrounding the house on the corner. They all have entirely too much crap in their yards too and on their front stoops. We can't have that in Jackson and not in Indian Hills!!! they also don't recycle too. they all have entirely too many trash bags out on the curb on Monday's. Too many bags in fact for households that recycle!!! The neighborhoPod beautification committee should crack down on those types. also the committee should visit each household Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm to ensure that each resident is at work and not committing any type of fraud. Anyone found at home should have to go around an pick up grass clippings and dog feces.

Going to clean them up so he can get rid of his $100 a month rent controlled apts and then in a year they can all move back in but it will then be $400 a month. Once again the greed of the rich men that forget about the little people that helped them get to where they are now. I'm telling you it feels like there is no compassion left in America just how far how fast how rich can I get. And how many people can I step on on the way

so, i live on highland drive. and i see no problem. im surrounded by elderly people that cause no problems whatsoever, and i dont even think its appropriate to poke fun at and make false accusations at people you dont know personally. if you live in indian hills and you have a problem, get a better job and move instead of sitting on your ass at topix. if you dont live there and have a problem, you either live in barks trailer park and cant afford a house, or you live in bent creek and are to snobby for actual, decent people. its sortof depressing hen a 15 year old such as myself has more common sense, respect, and intellegence than you so-called 'civilized adults'

I live in Indian Hills and don't mind if a woman lets her dog crap in my yard. I don't care if people have rabbits and cars in their front yard. And I could care less if a house used to be a chicken coop. I happen to like all of my neighbors!

what's all that have to do with Indian hills? Because Jackson Resident Was asking for old history and possible owners of said property located in Indian Hills - So I gave him what little I knew which led to letting people know what he is Doing to the elderly he is kicking them out going to put a bandaid on their apts and then let them come back only to pay a higher rate of which some of these elders don't have the income ability to keep him in his guicci's

The Hartle Mgmt owns the senior apts on Shawnee Blvd towards Bent Creek NOT into Indian Hills. Hartle also owns the senior apartments behind El Torero. They also own the senior apartments in Perryville. It is still the USA and we still can practice capitalism...so while some may not like the Hartle Mgmt way of conducting business, they are the ones having provided affordable housing for a lot of years to seniors. And unless you know all the laws, policies and regulations they have to go by to keeping senior housing going, you may want to move on to another topic.
The house on the corner of Nancy and Highland is towards Hwy 25. Her husband works nights as a WM manager and she is a photographer getting started. They both work so they are cool with me. In driving around JHackson's higher tax bracket neighborhoods, there are just as many 'infractions' of curb appeal etiquette. Right now if your neighbors have jobs, aren't stealing from you or anyone else, beating their kids or molesting yours...you might want to count it a blessing.
One thing people could do is pull up their yard sale signs on Saturday afternoon. Them being left uptown afterwards looks very trashy.

You say that he is one of the managers from Walmart and she is a photographer getting started, no excuse for their yard to look the way that it does. They could do something than nothing. There has been three complaints to the Jackson police department and their reply was they don't care.

what exactly is wrong with their yard that deserves a call to the police department? if it's on the account if bad taste then the three houses across from them should be reported too not to mention several others in that area and all over town.

Isn't that the truth...Jackson has plenty of eyesores around. If you care so much and it is impacting your property value, stop and find out more about what you can do to be a solution instead of brow beating people. Geez. We live on Highland, take pride in our neighborhood, but we also understand people get busy, go through stages where the outside isn't the only priority when you have small children. Get a life...but I will say this little thing called Topix is a real good navigator to what ticks people off LOL
