hear hey are pretty bad to theor employees. True?

nope they are good to the employees it's the people that work their are bad not ALL but SOME.

I hear the employees are bad to the patients.

For the mostpart that is one of the nicest placest ive been to in a long time that actually do their job correctly. Most of the employees are really nice to the patients & the family.

I believe they need to drug test some of the employees before someone gets hurt. I called over there the other day because one of my daughters hangs out with that Vernedia Russels that works over there. I had to go get my daughter one night she was with vernedia and my daughter was scared to ride home with her because she was doped up. Vernedia couldnt even talk. Now whats going to happen if she came to work like that?

I see that girl just about everynight with her work clothes on at the drug dealers house. Its either 8 or 8:30 you will see her little white car pull in. She will stay a couple of minutes and then shes gone.

I think they need to get some better bosses over there they r the reason no one works there you cant treat peole like dirt and expect them to work for you

nothing wrong with the boss there. do your job and the boss will not bother you. you put yourself in a boss position and you will understand the pressure a boss goes thru. sometimes bosses also have bosses and they do what their boss tells them. if an employee messes up the head honcho jumps on the other boss. You need to realize, anyone can loose their license because an employee makes a mistake or won't do their job or flirts with everybody or whatever. The boss position isn't as fun as people think or glamorous.
not only is your job on the line, but theirs is too. Do your job correctly and you won't be dirt.

ill have all you mother fu*K#R$ know that vernedia russell is a really good person and that she never does anything to any body and you should all just get a fu&K*NG life and leave her alone ist nothing to do with her that shes happy with herself and her lifestyle and your not im sorry that it makes you feel better about your self to sit and talk about some one else but if you think really hard about it you may decide to change your life so you dont have to talk about someone to feel better about your self

vernedia just needs to hold her head up as she was set up, she was a good employee, did her work, and was good to the pts there.a bunch of mean people work there, not all but a lot of back stabbers for sure.

This is just my opinion. The nursing home does need to do drug test's before they hire you for a job. The most of the residents there can not take care of there self so that is why they have aids to help them but if and I said if the aids are on drugs it will be bad for the resident and for the worker to because someone could get hurt bad...
Now on the outher hand they do treat there workers pretty bad if you aren't in the click with the ones who think they are gods gift to everyone and everything then you get treated like crap. I know there are 2 women there that can't go to the bathroom if the outher one isn't there to wipe it for her. I am sure everyone knows who they are 1 lives on Lick Branch and the outher one goes and see's her mans family right up the road from the outher one yeah everyone needs a friend at work but you don't treat you outher friends like crap just because you have a new friend

amen on the backstabbers. so childish. but that's what you get when you have a bunch of women in one building. just go outside when you talk so no one can listen. but remember to smile.

im just a citizen of this co but i think if one employee is drug tested and did not pass then i think gladys should drug test alot more cause ive partyed with several of these old girls and im here to tell you they realy know how to party i think vernedia was set up to they need to check there sources and do more drug test and keep a eye out in the smoke room and parking lot they may get a suprise
