Red Riding Hood wrote: People, until the people of this county want better there will be no better. At the present time Frank Allen is what we are stuck with. Prior to his election we had a judge who was basically a good man, compassionate and kind and never did I hear him make any kind of derogatory remark about anyone, but he had a fault. He would not step up to the plate and make a decision and you had to step over a certain crowd of people to get even a "hello, how are you today Judge." Had he removed himself from this crowd he would still be our circuit judge today, but I have to give him credit. He wanted to think the best of everybody and could not see what the public was seeing. We are stuck with this nitwit we have unless this investigation decides to come up the hill and take root in the courthouse and clean it out from top to bottom. By the way, I was one of those people that voted for Frank. I agree with everything you said "except" We are NOT stuck with him! Jack Conway can and will get him removed if enough citizens complain. He will review court records and videos and make the best decision for "us". The good ol boys club has "no" clout with him, he works for the people. Hopefully he will remove the commonwealth prosecuting attorney too. Fletcher can never make his own decisions, he always asks the prosecutor what he should do. They always go along with each other especially on high bails. The prosecutor recently stated in open court that "we have no evidence your honor, but I think that's a fair and reasonable bail" (what's fair and reasonable when there's "no" evidence)? They are both ruining our county and making each and everyone of us look like hillbilly boobs.

So what's the next step to complaining? We need numbers, or a petition to be circulated or soemthing. No one will feel confident signing it though if I am right.

Here's another link that's very useful. http://courts.ky.gov/research/jec/members.htm However, someone is getting worried about the information that has been posted. Several posts with useful information have been deleted. If you think about it, why would they get deleted unless someone is trying to hide their guilt. It's time to stand up and be heard, too many families have been torn apart because of this man and his attitude. I've sent a letter and left a voice mail for two of the people at the above link requesting an investigation. Now if a few more will do the same i believe we will be blessed with a replacement.

I'm afraid that it isn't that simple. They all work together and they will probably punish the ones that speak out against them.

I disagree, If you put some thought into this I think you'll agree with me. If you have someone working for or with you and that person is constantly out of control and makes you and your peers all look bad then would you just set back and do nothing? Remember there's politics involved here and I know that any politician that knows anything would throw an individual like that to the wolves in an instant rather than have their own reputation tarnished. Just my thoughts.

great post great post is all I can say!! U go with the truth!!! WHAT wrote: did you expect Frank to do when he GAVE HIM THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE ALLOWED BY LAW!! Would you like for him to pull his britches down again & pat his hind end at you? You ignorant people think he makes all the laws. He did ALL HE COULD. Give him a break. And as far as what he said about the way girls are dressing I totally 100% agree with him. He is right. They act like whores and dress like whores and you know what they say if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it must be a duck. So smoke that in your pipe and give justice where it is due. If you don't agree with what he said about dressing then by crap put some clothes on those tramps and maybe people of all walks of life would have a different outlook when things like this happen. And I also agree that no way would we have FIVE pedophiles at SMS. Something is just wrong with that picture. If they don't wanted to be treated like a whore and talked about like a whore then its time to straighten up their lives and start acting their age instead of acting like 16 going on 36. I am betting those girls are wiser about guys than most adult females at 5o. And yes a lot of that comes from the way they are being raised.

U also speak the truth!! way to go.... lol wrote: <quoted text> LOL... They are on welfare because they are LAZY WHITE TRASH!! These WOMEN who are having all these sexual encounters with adults need to be taken out back and beat senseless. Idiots. Sluts. I bet all the money in the world that those wmen will end up being on welfare too. Just like their slutty mothrs and their lazy mothers before them. And who cares who plays golf where?!?! Its a small town people!! He isa good and decent judge. And too bad if you feel threatened that the teacher is a good person and LOTS of good people are supporting him. It goes to show you that he is a good person and just made a mistake of texting a slut. He is a man, afterall. And just goes to show....the difference between him and the dumb slutty welfare trash that only come crawlin out of their hollers when its either the honey festival or they wanna sue someone for MONEY!!!!!!!!!! So go ahead and be haters. Be jealous. Be threatened. You should be!

Yep You Are Right wrote: <quoted text> You are a ridiculous person. It does NOT MATTER if those girls were raised by wolves in the forest, they didn't deserve to be treated like whores by their teacher. There is a big difference in 16 and 13, 16 year olds are at the high school. These girls were in middle school. But for that matter, even if they were 18, what right does a teacher have to take sexual liberties with them, even if they came to school naked and stuck their stinkers in the teacher's face. NONE. Moreover, what right does the judge have to question the girls' clothing choice? NONE. That's the old-school habit of blaming the woman because she was "asking for it". You're absolutely correct! Blame the woman or "children" in this case. It just makes me sick to think that someone like this was voted into office. I know where my vote won't be next election.

too bad wrote: <quoted text> You are absolutely right. There's no way to rationalize the behavior of a teacher who uses a young girl for sex, or who even THINKS about using a young girl for sex, or who texts a young girl, or who sends pictures of himself in any form or fashion, clothes or unclothed, to a young girl. PERIOD. Anyone who disagrees is likely a pedophile themselves. Very much to the point. The adult's actions cannot be justified no matter how you look at it.

You criticize Fletcher for his decisions. Who would you like to see sitting there as judge? There are not many people here who could put up with the disgusting and low-lifes that appear before him day in and day out. I admire anyone who could listen to such on a regular basis. Only a strong person could contend with this job.

And maybe if your kind spent more time learning in school, rather than making sexual advances at teachers, you would know how to spell. Sad. Trashy too. Don't u have some more lives to ruin? Run along now honey. Leave the adult conversation to the rest of us. Looks like you can not spell either (canot)

I think Frank does a great job myself it's about time we had someone in office that doesn't care to sentence someone! Thank God, I've never been in trouble or had to go in front of him, but I will say this if I were to do a crime then yes I should have to do the time. And believe me he gives you time. I had jury duty and he is trick and for those of you bad mouthing him. Well let's just say he's probably sentenced you. So quit whining and man up. If u don't want him in office vote him out! We the people make a difference. And all I can say is he has my vote.
