Man charged after alleged threat to city manager

This is a real shame. They 9 The city of Conneaut) have been against this man, focusing on his business since he tried to "buck" the good ole boys way back concerning the towing issue. City Manager had continued with the caustic remarks after he moved his business out to the exit at the freeway, as he was smart enough to go there and get the towing business from the freeway which I am sure infuriated the good ole boys oncce again. Now City Manager has furthered his quest to ruin his business or at lease try and curtail it with the lawsuit he has initiated.....How many people know that now to further the efforts the" City" had initiated negative efforts against the "landlord " of the building which houses this business....ENOUGH is ENOUGH...get over it ! The man has made a success of his business and location much to your dismay!

What do you know?, we are in agreement on this one Silverlady. First the city manager slams one of the last business to remain in Conneaut as not being worthy enough of being out at Gateway. What a joke! He hasn't brought bussiness one to town, yet he has the balls to rag on Community Auto!

Grow up Schamleffel! Or better yet, just haul your butt out of our town via the Gateway I-90 on ramp.

I agree! I just don't understand why people keep voting them back in! You'd think people would learn! One person who really needs to go is J.C.!!

There is also a person (W.H.) running for the school board who really does NOT need to be in there! I've got PLENTY of dirt (personal knowledge) on this creep!

conneaute is not doing any good, maybe it will all die out so bula can buy it and turn it to farm land.

Sure hope they apply these same "remidies" to the remarks made by "DINO" and find him just as GUILTY....whats sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

Ashtabula has nothing to brag about. These two town are running neck and neck in the race to become ghost towns. Both have comic city councils that are always in the headlines for their idiotic antics. It's no wonder no new businesses come to either city.

The weeks go by and nothing happens to anyone else guilty of the same or worse offense ie: one of the tow truck company owners with his physical "assault" or the email threat by Dino.....No equality here at all...same ole stuff, who you know and who you ----.

i think this so called city is about as crooked as it gets.. by the way, what was the reason our city didn't get the new business on the east side,that andover ohio was happy to get? get payed off city mgr?????? o well, i guess it don't matter,since council is to dumb to see it..........hopefully, the young people will get out of town & make something of themselves!!!!!!!!!!
