I thought only idiots, bums, and the mentally challenged tried to get away with this slot-machine scam. He hasn't been convicted yet though, so maybe I should withhold judgement until he has been. If he's proven innocent - we have many much bigger problems here in the Valley of the Shadow of Death than itinerant scam artists.
