Why they continue to be brain washed and believe in this Minister and forgive him, but won't forgive others??? Why they disown they families who choose not to believe this man or ways of this church??? Why they think they are "right" in how they are beliving? But I already know their answer is going to be "we don't need to explain to anyone"; "we are not following his orders" "we are following God"....yeah right! So God tells you to forgive him for his sins and not us! hahaha... Really now.

Have you noticed the sign by the road? It has the same phrase for the last couple of years. Gas stations can't keep letters on a sign that long! LOL
What is the new road of old 25?

I'm so glad I don't live in that town. All you have to do is read the threads to see how people have been brainwashed by the leaders of their so-called churches. Christ's teachings were of love forgiveness and acceptance, not condemnation and turning one's back on others.

This is only one church. Not all churches are this way. If you would get involved in a church, you would see that most of the people are loving, caring people. I do admit there are some not so nice people in all churches. Those folks are just tools of Satan to try to tear down the message of God. My advice to you is to begin attending a local church and get to know the people there then you can speak intelligently about the church and the people of the church. I was like you at one time, but began attending a local church and found out differently.

How the hell does one ever become "brainwashed" to put all earthly trust in a preacher ? I don't believe in the "go between" person.
If you wanta pray and worship, do so. You can talk directly to the man yourself. A "go between" is only there to get the money and create problems in my opinion.

I love my mother no matter what. The only one I really have a problem with is the preacher and that is because I believe he knows full well what he is doing and that he is misleading and deceiving his congregation who are trained not to question him. How do you train someone not to question ?? Where does that start ? There must be some type of threats, otherwise, wouldn't people just say "screw this" and walk away ?

There have been little hints of it over the years, but I think she is afraid that place is the only way through to Heaven. Control through fear and damnation. God is loving and merciful, but you don't find that out until you are gone from under that false prophet.

Maybe in the past people stayed because of fear and the control but the members that are there now are very aware of what "he" has done and what all has gone on in that cult yet they choose to stay. I don't feel sorry for the remaining members. They've had the same opportunity as the rest of us that have left. They choose to stay in that hell with that devil of a man and support all of his evil. They can all rot together.
