Food is a passion in the south, and in the Florida Keys that's no exception. The emphasis of course is on fresh, and seafood is king.
Conch chowder is an amazing favorite, along with a full range of just about any type of fish or crustacean deep fried. It may not be great for the hips but it sure tastes good!
Of course dining next to crystal clear water that ranges in color from turquoise to aquamarine to blue only adds to the ambiance. Factor in a favorite cocktail or two, coconut palms gently swaying in a soft warm breeze, and you have the perfect recipe for tropical magic.
Food just seems tastes better when it's this pretty, don't you think?
