Well then we agree on just about everything. My Husband is an Officer here which is why I come across as trying to smooth things over, I know how hard our Officers have been working and I know the wall they often run into when trying to do the job they were hired to do, politics absolutely suck and here in Irving we definately have some butt kissing and bowing down to baiters like Quintanilla going on but not from our Police (our Officers are very well trained with most of them having a minimum of 10 yrs and I know what they were all told when this issue started receiving so much attention and can safely say that they dont give a rats behind about Quintanilla or any other activist). My Hubby either does'nt know or is'nt saying much about this guy being arrested but says that he was in fact arrested and he says that the man was arrested under the name Villarreal and that the interview took place after the dealership incident and after he was released but it shows the name Villarreal still in custody so perhaps it is'nt one and the same but im told that it's possible he was arrested and either was'nt actually booked into the jail or that perhaps the info that we have access to is'nt showing him for some reason. I just dont see Irving bowing down to Quintanilla, I mean last time he tried to stir up trouble with his rally, he was the one that ended up being arrested so why bow down to him now? they have'nt cared about him or the Consular in Dallas and they sure have'nt stopped arresting/deporting illegals before now and their marticular cards they planned on passing out did'nt quite happen like they thought it would so im thinking that this is some media/activist trumped up BS and we probally should'nt believe half of it because theres always more to a story than what we're told. Im thinking that if there was some truth to all of this that Fox4 and Dallas Morning news would have been up his butt like they usually are and the only stories on this that ive found are the two here from channel 5. Entire families have been deported out of Irving for less than this and our City has been on the front burner for every activist from here to Mexico and it still has'nt stopped the arresting and deportation of those found to be here illegally so I cant see this guy just being allowed to walk away, heck you remember the clown that was stupid enough during a rally to give his name and address while being interviewed and admitedly being an illegal, taunting IPD to arrest him? he was arrested 2 days later, along with his entire family, and the kid shot last yr by an officer? his family too got the boot either during or right after the kids Wake. Parra might bow down to Quintanilla but IPD wont.

Add that to all the disease brought in by them (tb, polio, all sorts of things that were ERADICATED until NOW) MS-13, child molestations, rapes, drunk driving, hit and runs, no insurance, no licenses, fraudulant documentation, access to social services they are not truly entitled to, their children are choking our schools, they are bankrupting our hospitals and you have the nerve to say 'they are not all bad, they just want a better life' yea well so do i and the other MILLIONS of TRUE AMERICAN CITIZENS. Where's my handout? My husband has been ill since august of 2007, he has lung cancer, we are trying to make it on one income. Where's my freebies? How come I still have to pay my bills? My insurance? Our doctor bills? I have to buy all our food and clothes....how unfair! Take care of our kids, we have to feed them. but it's all good because I just want a better life. I just want to sit at home and pop babies out like there's no tomorrow, and let someone else have to worry about clothing them, feeding them, housing them, educating them, after all, I'm just looking for a better life. Finally we have an answer as to what happened to this guy after he was arrested and how he was available after his arrest to give his interview though im confused as to how he was allowed to post bond with Dallas County or ICE. This is an email that I was forwarded by a group that I am active with here in Irving that took it upon themselves to make the inquiry.

"You are correct...After Mr. Urbina was arrested by Irving police officers at Frank Parra Chevrolet, he was booked into the Irving jail and was screened through our 24/7 CAP. As a result of that screening, ICE determined that Mr. Urbina was an illegal immigrant from Mexico and they notified the jail that they issued an illegal immigrant detainer.

The next day, Mr Urbina was transferred to the Dallas County Sheriff's Office detention facility for adjudication on his two State criminal charges from the original arrest The two charges were for Possession of a Fradulent Social Security Card (State Jail Felony) and False Statement to Obtain Credit (3rd degree Felony). Upon transfer, the detainer was attached to the arrestee's record. Ultimately, Mr. Urbina posted a $1500 bond for each of his charges and the Sheriff's Office released him to ICE.

My Jail supervisor reported to me that he discovered from ICE that Mr. Urbina refused voluntary deportation and was released after posting a $3000 bond. If that is the case, then he would be out of jail pending both the State charges and his deportation hearing.

Hopefully this information helps".

I left Irving after many years there. I got sick of watching the invasion of Mexicans to a town I once loved. No more. I moved to Lamar county where you can go days without seeing a Mexican. Our businesses don't hire them and we have very little of this type of bs. It is so nice to live among my own kind and I do not regret leaving that cesspool behind. Thanks and we welcome any white people who want to live without watching the schools go down like Irving's.
