Don Miller Wronful Conviction

I have been to Don & Kirk Miller's website and read the site entirely. www.freemyfather.com I believe this man is innocent but officials are afraid to admit. what are your thoughts?

Now I have to wonder why Judge Madden has recused himself from a new sexual assault case. Maybe if he would have recused himself during Don's trial he would be a free man today.

HURLEY -- The May 24 trial for a 56-year-old Gile, Wis. man, accused of two felony counts of sexual assault stemming from an August 15, 2005 incident involving a 19-year-old Bessemer girl is off the court docket until a new judge is assigned.
On Monday, Iron County Judge Patrick Madden recused himself after receiving a letter from a relative of Phillip Laguna Sr., of Nimikon Avenue, indicating they felt Madden could not be impartial in the case. Madden removed himself from the case "to preserve the integrity of the court."
Miller's trial, Don would be free today.

im sad my uncles in jail cuz he dont deseve it. i visited him a couple of time....haha i bought him pizza and whatnot..it was cool..i miss him but yeah its just wrong what there doing but dont fret when i get rich im going to get him out..

I live in the same county as you and pray that you never sit on a jury here. If you read all that is on the freedonmiller and freemyfather websites then I don't know how you can come you your decision even though you are certainly entitled to it.

Oh you are so right. Connie, Madden & Lipske are so guilty. Lock them up and throw away the key. Read the fine print at freemyfather and freedonmiller.It is there in black and white.

I see the Daily Globe has pulled their forums. Does anyboby know why? Maybe too much info going out about Don's wrongful conviction??Maybe it was going to hurt the Iron Co. case against T.C. who is facing 12 felony counts for falsely accusing three men of rape. Just makes you wonder why C.V. is not facing the same charges.

hmmm I have nothing to get over. I do not know Don nor any of his family. Maybe if the other side would respond to all the statements made by friends of C.V. and respond to some of the documents posted at freedonmiller and freemyfather then maybe I would see things differently. But I believe they do not respond because they know the evidence to be true and know if they did that they would all land in jail. Just smarter for them to keep quiet I guess while an innocent man stays in prison.
