No jail time in death of infant

They did not loose the child they killed it!

I dont get it, they get off for killing there baby. what happen to the law? so its ok to kill your child but if you land a hand on tham the law will take tham away from you. the law will tAke away your child in a whime for anything and these two people get off with a slap on the hand for the death of there child. i dont get it i really dont.

I live in the area of this case and I know of the judge, he is shady a#%hole so he probably knows the parents and that is how they got off so easy.

Hey Dave you seem to support all the killers! Problems? Smoking pot and drinking all night is a choice not a accident. A accident is slipping on the ice and breaking your leg. Dave you sound like a real nice person smoke up fool!

Like another has said, an accident is not getting wasted and sleeping with your baby in bed with you. Yes I do feel so very sorry for them for loosing their child. BUT they are at fault. They should of never EVER brought that poor child into bed with them nor should they of let the babysitter go when they got home. It is ridiculous how many parents have abused their children or done this to them and have gotten a slap on their hands. Yet parents who do nothing get the kids taken away.. I am sorry but I think they should of spent some time in jail for this. It was felony endangerment of a child which resulted in a death! Come on now!
