Can you explain the need for full turnout gear? They were jacking the vehicle and at no time were moving any metal that required gear. The ones in blue jeans were first responders. DO your homework before you bitch about other people's jobs.

What do you do for a living? Do you want customers to start bitching about your nametag not beind straight on your shirt as you are serving them slurpees?

I think the FD did a hell of a job, my only gripe is .... is one of the fire dept. employees also an employee of Bainbridgega.com . Why would the fire department let anyone with a camera record footage of a potientially fatal accident that could impact the family and friends of the victim. Bainbridgega.com comes up with footage that should be comfined to the police records for investigations purposes only....not to promote thier website.

i've wondered the same thing a few times myself. Their website even had last nights shooting victim's name posted just a couple hours after it occured. How do they know that all next of kin had been notified??

In the past, Ive seen articles on their website that was inapropreit, names wrong, charges against poeple that was wrong. Where and how do they get their information. Pictures and videos that only the police department and fire department should have and then they post them on their website reguardless of anyones feelings. I've heard that they sit by the police scanner 24/7 to get their info and to rush to accidents. Things people will do for money!!!!!!!

At least they were out there working evidently they were more concerned about someone else than themselves. For the most part that is what cops, fireman, and Paramedics do risk their lives for others.

FYI in case any one cares, the victim in this incident is in Augusta Burn Center with third degree burns on his right side and may possibly lose his leg. He is in an induced coma with the third surgery scheduled for tomorrow. Instead of complainng about lack of turn out gear, safety issues, etc. how about some prayers and support for him and his family.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Aries

Your boredom threshold is lower than usual this today so don't be surprised if you start to feel restless. Ideally, you should alter your usual routine and do something totally different, because that will certainly keep you interested in what's going on around you. Watch out if you decide to spend money because you might part with a lot more than you intended.
