They used unopened cans of beer to throw at each other. One of the participants used a garden hoe, one chasing another with it. Threats were made about killing each other with guns and knives. The lady living next door to the alleged innocent victim of the assaults was awakened after midnight by the fight. Cans of beer were tossed at her car, exploding on it, leaving two imprints of beer cans on the windshield that now has to be replaced. One man was beating another on top of her car hood, leaving his body imprint on it, and leaving her with nearly $2000 damage to her car.

Another incident which most likely was related to this incident was the loosening of the lug nuts on her grandson's vehicle so that his wheels would fall off when he drove it. This was done days before the fight.

How sad the innocent woman next door has to suffer the consequences for these hoodlums. The man next door, considered the victim by the police, participated in the melee and did damage, as well. Why wasn't he arrested, too?

He convinced the police he was an innocent victim, being assaulted by the three visitors. Fact is he was throwing cans of beer and chasing one person with a garden hoe. Doesn't sound innocent to me.
