Any news on this case. I heard he was scheduled for jury trial in Nov.
Seems to have been forgotten or maybe a plea bargain was struck with the courts.

I heard that some how it got pushed back til April. I don't know if that is true or not.
I would like to hear some up dates on this case and not have the media just give up on it.

My cousin heard that he is getting off scot-free and there will be no trial. Maybe he did take a plea bargain

Guess what? Nate Doty was out drinking while he was on bail for the assault he (allegedly) committed in Palo and was involved in a roll over car accident. Not a lot of details of who he was with or what happened but he was drinking and this violates his bond. Sitting in jail on bond violation,awaiting trial for the assault he (allegedly) committed. Little does he know that if he try's to take the stand in his own defense now that the prosecution can bring up the details of his bond violation. Great move,great father figure.
Any one know any details of what really happened in the accident? New bond set?
