Review: David Foyil Law Offices

David Foyil is without question one of the most dishonest, corrupt, and incompetent attorneys in the state of California.
He is known to bill for work never done and meetings that never took place.
Several clients are already filing Bar complaints.
If this attorney or his family has victimized you, you do have recourse. File a bar complaint it costs nothing and there is a remote chance you will get satisfaction. At a minimum you may help get this guy disbarred and prevent him from putting the screws to other honest people.

This was my experience exactly I am going to file a BAR complaint. This attorney took me for over $15,000 and never did a thing to help me. He had pleanty of ideas that would spend all my cash.

I lost everything because of him. All I wanted was to get my child support lowered to a reasonable number. He just didn't bother make deadlines and now it is too late to do anything. And I have had evrything seized by child support.

Goodol boy you are a fool, David foyil has ripped off clients to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. If it is not true why is he afraid to sue me. Cause he is afraid to have me testify in court. Too bad I already gave several sworn statements to the bar for clients. David Foyil is a liar and thief who pretends to be "Born again " in order to dupe his victims.
In the few months I was with this guy he billed thousands of dollars for work never done and caused at least three clients to lose their houses. I have proof. And am willing to share it with any client who is suing Him. The bottom line is that David Foyil, his wife Janell Couch, and mother Janice Foyil are all involved in defrauding clients. They even Falsified my time reports to bill more hours so they could go on vacation.

I also have copies of the ones You and the Buffalo forged so you could triple and quadruple bill Mr. TF and charge Mr. Roof Guy over $500 to travel less than one block calling it 2 hours travel. Or How about Mr. Armando R.. and the way you padded his bill after the time had run pout and he had already lost due to your incompetence. Or how about Merediths brother in law and the way you went off to New Yourk to try to be a financial advisor and left your clients believing you were actually here working for them. Or What about Billing That poor sweet old woman (proudnana) for time while you were on vacation or just blowing off both of your Recusal Hearings in Eldorado County and leaving her to the wolves or faking the e-mail you sent her from vacation. She lost everything. Although I was informed that you did settle out of court with her it was only because I told her what you did.

The Statute hasn’t run out for most of the clients you stole from so you can expect me to find as many of them as I can. Every one I have talked to so far was not surprised.

The below stuff is ALL CRAP! This man making comments about David Foyil is a LIAR and NOTHING could be further from the truth than the lies he has said. I have known David personally for over 15 years, and I worked for him for 5 of those years. I went to school with his older sister and have grown up in the same county as he has. He worked to put himself through college and has built a great business focused mostly on bankruptcy. He would like to be more involved in financial planning and/or insurance for people- to help them later, when they need it the most! He does try very hard to do the best for his clients and his staff does the same. Apparently he did use POOR JUDGMENT when hiring the man that is making up these lies- but, David is an HONEST man.

These allegations against David Foyil are really pathetic. I have known this man & his family many years and he is NOT dishonest. He does help his clients & seems no matter what profession or walk of life you're in, there is always someone who doesn't like you. My husband lived at home until he was 32 & he & his mother went places together & never did anyone ever refer to their excursions as "dates". I feel that is a sick mind that would think that. Do not let the aspersions cast against David Foyil sway you for hiring a competent attorney.

DAVID FOYIL is honest and will work according to the LAW and will not cheat or lie to you. He has been working in his line of work for approx 15 years- he KNOWS what he is talking about... If he does not know something, he will research and find out- or, if your problem is something he doesn't do, he will refer you in the right direction! It must be true- the 'other person writing here' was a disgruntled employee that was giving legal advice WITHOUT A LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW!!!

No matter if you're the lawyer, doctor or Indiah chief, there will ALWAYS be someone that is disgruntled with you. Been that way since the beginning of time. The allegations against David Foyil are no different. I have known this young man & his family for many years and have had legal experience with his office. I always received his consideration and was satisfied with his legal expertise. And found his office staff helpful. I would recommend David Foyil as an attorney.
