Man gets 50 years for murder

Hello my five kids and me are writing to say hi to all of you out there and to say i do feel in my HEARTT that Ricky is innocent hes being sit up or set up by the real killer, and the police or who ever is doing it... My son Michael is playing football hes number 80 and hes in Varsity team hes a good player hes always in the game defense and offense and special team hes on there all growing up fast they said hes not a killer either so please stop saying mean stuff on here his kids all of them dont need to see people saying mean things about Ricky so please have some respect for Ricky, and his kids thank you Melanie Pady!!!

What a crock of S--t Everyone talking about how innocent he was but no one gives us any evidence! Just that he is their relative.

1. Witnesses saw the two drive off in the 1999 Mercedes. She was then reported missing and the mercedes was found full of her blood

2. The knive that killed her was found on Pady is his wallet still full of her blood and the independent lab confirmed her blood.

3. the defense gave two totally different stories.

3. Pady instead of telling the jury what he thought was the truth REFUSED to take the stand.

I want to hear facts on all 4 of these points

Yes there was an injustice here PADY SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXECUTED he should die and rot and the family should re-imburse the taxpayers for the cost of the trial.

There is so much hate and bickering on this page. There was a lot of evidence that would make it look like Ricky did it. I believe that he didn't actually murder Denise, but happened to turn up at the wrong place at the wrong time, and put himself in a very bad position.

There has been alot of technicalities in the whole process from the time her body was discovered to now, that in the least should have gotten a retrial.

As far as specifics, the less said, the better until all appeals have been exhausted.

For everyone, those who think he is guilty and those who think he is innocent,- Pray that the truth comes out (whatever it may be).

Quit being so ugly to everyone, it just shows how hateful of a person you really are.

The family seems to think this is some sort of website set up to talk about him.. I don't think some of them realize this is an open public forum where anyone is free to poet their opinions UNLESS they threaten someone..

I feel sorry for some of the relatives,, they seem very childlike,,not childish but child like . not a whole lot of education going on there and they are putting out wayyy to much personal info out here on the forums ..... There is nothing that any of the family can say here that is going to help ,, at all ,, period ..no one that could help you will be reading these forums ,, or at least not this one. All you will get from here is off the wall comments from strangers .. no one here cares whether any of you give up or not as in an earlier post ...

If you want to make a website for him ,, go make one. That way youhave control over what goes on , what is being said etc .etc .. there are pleanty of free hosting sites where you can make your own. Topix is just a news forum with stories and comments from literally all over the world.
