I believe in drug testing for job employment and for IDES benefits, along with any type of welfare. If you fail the test, we shouldn't kill you. You should just have a record on your social security number (credit report) and lose all benefits or the job opportunity. All children born in hospitals from drug addicts should be taken away from the mother and the couple be forced to pay the debt. As far as people being arrested for possession, they should serve time in jail and made to pay back every penny spent to process them.
