The officer in charge when officer Bright was an officer in Ingallss really should feel good for covering-up for him. This officer bright was employed by Randolph County Police and detective Fritz covered for him again. This so called officer touched two young girls inapropratly and warned them not to say anything. When they did come foward this dectective fritz said their was not enough evidence to try him. I guess that if we are cops we can do what ever we want and get away with it.
