Both times they declined to prosecute because they believed it was self defense, not CCPD. Your brother should not run from the police after committing a criminal act. I bet he thinks twice before he runs again with a cop behind him, yelling at him to stop. Although I know your brother and he is not too bright. Sharon you have some serious issues. You should seek professional help. Medical Marijuana is an excuse for 90% of the people to get high. I have seen prescriptions written for hang nails and acne...what a joke.

It was one bad guy killing another bad guy which in turn saved tax payers a lot of money to put your father away. You ever think about any young kid, or kids that your father might have killed from the drugs they purchased from him? It seems like everyone on this post cannot even spell or use correct grammar! That is the common denominator here... One griping about tickets she deserved, one from a family of drug dealers, I am not sure what the heck vero is saying, Sharon sounds a bit out there, and the shoplifter had to deserve what he got!

Just last night, my ex bf beat me and as he drug me by my hair I fought to get away so in the process I either scratched his nose or smething cut it had a little blood which he didn't want to wipe off. I got away and called ccpd. When officer nunez arrived he right away told me that in a domestic dispute in ca we will probably both go to jail so I should have thought long and hard before I called. Wtf? Then after interviewing my ex, dan page, they told me I was going down with him if I decide to press charges because he had physical damage that they could see on him and I didn't. Nevermind my wet pants due to my getting the piss scared out of me. Plus all the red marks. They told me to just leave and never talk to him again. I woke up this morning feeling like I was in a train wreck I have bruises on my chin neck and chest that r appearing....my jaw is hurting real bad too. I guess its my fault for not having bruises that iimmediately appear. No wonder why battered women don't report their abusers. That was the last time he will touch me but thanks to ccpd I'm sure he will get to beat someone else. Oh and I guess I should take the officers advice? I shouldn't have interrupted his phone call. Ccpd made me feel like the criminal and a liar.

When I was kid, there was only 2 buses a day in Palm Springs. Yes, the SunBus was that small, and so was the city. Not too long ago, I witnessed a little old, yes HISPANIC woman on the SunBus. I couldn't believe the way these kids were treating her, and talking to her. It wasn't white kids either! Her own race were disrespecting her to the point where she was so faerful, she just sat their trembling! Race doesn't matter. My point is the world is a very dark, and dangerous place these days. You have kids shooting kids - No value put on a human life! You know how we settled a disagreement back in my day??? You squared off with your two best homies, and one of them took an ass beating! No knives, no guns, no rat-packing! At least you lived to fight another day! Not anymore. Its just pathetic out there. So, what are cops supposed to do? They can't make all of the people happy all of the time. But, they can make most of the people happy most of the time. I got no beef with CCPD, and frankly, I would rather have them getting my back then the people they are trying to enforce laws on! Unfortunately, there will always be some ppl and experiences with LE that fall through the cracks. Sorry for your bad timing!

He was the main reason the officers union filed a major federal lawsuit back in 2002. Cost the citizens a bunch of money. Funny thing is the city counsel mis no better. I think the city manager is blind, dear and dumb. Other departments still laugh at the CCPD because they know how many losers are still there.
