Does anyone know why Francos is closed. Was just there over weekend
had great meal as always went today and it is closed till further notice

The folks at Coffee Tree Roasters next door said it was shut down as a result of the owner not paying his taxes. Not sure what taxes (drink tax, income tax, sales tax) but if this is true, I can't say that I would care to patronize a business that would fail to abide by the law. I guess you would have to be REALLY far behind on taxes for you to be shut down like that - I guess it's been 2 weeks now and as of June 29 they are still closed. I suppose some of the finer restaurants in the area will see some additional business as a result.
