Do not rent at Indian Lake. The landlord here does not check references and rents to losers, drug dealers, welfare bums, you name it. If maintenance is needed, forget it, not gonna happen here. The police force is a joke. If you have an emergency, don't hold your breath for the police to show up. Overall, this is a disappointing and crappy place to live.
