Yet another law maker gets another DWI.... Wake up people this is why all the repeat offenders walk and never get convicted... If the law makers would make stiffer laws against DWI they would all be sitting in jail too!!!!!

I wonder where he was at. We were at Gianino's at closing when the liquor control agents showed up and were complaining about them serving too late.

"This Man" that everyone keeps calling him, is the kindest most compassionate man I have ever met!!!! He is willing to help anyone who calls upon him! He fights for everyone, especially our most vulnerable. He is a very busy man, very devoted to his family and his constituants always helping someone...... He is human just like the rest of us only HE is out there fighting for us 7 days a week. Never having time for himself of his family. Give him a break!!!! Someone has it out for this fine man and that person should be Ashamed of themself!

I agree that he is a very fine person. He is caring, compassionate and one of the few politicians around who genuinely cares for his constituents. It's time to stop pointing fingers and move on towards solving more serious problems. There's plenty to solve. While others are reflecting on this, State Representative Meadows will have the character to continue working for the people in spite of the attitude that has been shown towards him. That is the kind of person he is. He works in the best interests of people. Have you ever heard the expression, "Only he who has not sinned should cast the first stone."? If everyone looked at themselves, I doubt that any would be thrown. The one strike and you're out out mentality is very unbecoming, and makes us as bad as the politicians we criticize. It's sad that a person can do so much good, but God forbid he err one time. That is shallow. People need to be judged individually and once again, he is one of the good guys. Let's not forget that.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Leo

There's an erratic quality to the day, thanks to the Full Moon in emotional Cancer, combined with a lunar eclipse. Loved ones are likely to behave in ways you hadn't counted on. The only way to cope with this is to be as flexible as possible. Someone might change an arrangement at the eleventh hour so you have to think on your feet, or others may be determined to do their own thing even though it doesn't suit you. Get any arguments out of the way quickly so you can enjoy your New Year's Eve celebrations with a glad heart.
