I have been getting tattoos for over 15 years. I happened to be in this shop with a friend looking for a new artist. I saw this minor in question. I watched the process carefully as I am bit OCD on cleaniness and procedure. The minor had someone acting as the guardian and everything looked to be done by the law, as in Missouri it is legal to tattoo a minor as long as they are with a legal guardian to sign the paperwork. Please research a bit more on the topic before trusting 100% what you hear, even if it is the news. By the way, "shotty" work can come out of ANY shop. We are human and all have bad days.
I've got proof of shirt work and one other that got staff infecyion

BEWARE of Extreme Lifestyles Tattoo shop in Imperial off 61/67. They were just on Fox 2 News for doing both shotty (horrible) tattoo work and tattooing minors. They are under investigation by Jeffco Police.
Just went to this shop on saturday, and It was the best shop Ive been in in missouri. The people are so friendly, there veryyyyy clean, they do cheap work, if as cheap as 109/hr on sleeves, and they do great work. I'd stay away from Blu moon, Enchanted drangon. there over priced rude.

As for all you talking grit on Craig and Extreme Lifestyles I went to his shop for the first time on March 8th 2012 and I Had My 9 Year old daughter with me who picked out my tatoo. He was GREAT!!!!!! He has a very light hand and I barley felt it. As for his shop it was very clean, as a matter of fact one of the cleanest I've ever been to. He is well mannered, doesnt even smoke cigs. And never once did I feel freightened for my daughter. So the next time you have something to say say it to his face or all of our faceS!!!! As a matter of fact I invited him and his girlfriend to my daughters birthday party!!!

steve you are so full of crap! i have had five tattoos done there and all by craig the owner you need to go crawl in your plastic bubble and panic! cause if i were to find you i would kick your ass, for talkin about my boy like that! all of my tatts are awesome and have zero flaws. if you have problems with their shop then don't get any work done there, but honestly his work is better than most of the shops in the STL area. so go F*** yourself and realize your opinion doesn't matter.
my thoughts exactly....i have 2 other tattoos and jus got one done there, the owner is the cleanest tattoo artist and biggest perfectionist i've ever seen as far as tattoo shops go. and the one i jus got from there is the best one i have so far. i plan to get more, and no other tattoo artist will ever do work on me again. he's my guy. i would recommend him to anyone. fuck them haters

I would never trust someone who was a bad artist to tattoo my chest where the whole world could see it. So Craig Rich was a painter a computer graphics designer and he's a tattoo artist and a damn good one.

I saw a flyer posted on the Schnucks bulletin board in Festus & was quite shocked that someone with a criminal record that has been charged as a sex offender is allowed to practice a trade that caters to minors & young people in general. Normally I would never respond to something like this until I realized this is the place my daughter had patronized to get a belly button piercing. Curious I looked up your criminal record & must applaude the person(s) for having the courage to put the spotlight on you & your criminal background. True, it is humiliating, but it IS public record & we as citizens & neighbors have a right to know who is living/working next door to us.
I am also a proud supporter of the freedom of information act & i am also a believer that people can change. Unless of course it has to do with someone charged with the criminal sexual misconduct of children/women or the elderly. That in itself shall remain a dark cloud over your head that will follow you wherever you go. With that said, I hope that whatever you post in the future on this ridiculous rant & rave that you use common sense as people will always judge you on your criminal records & on how you react to what others say.
Freedom of information act can be a painfull sword to fall on if your not carefull.
Unless you know the person or the supposed "criminal act" that was committed then maybe you should continue to refrain from posting such pompass & misleading comments. So, i guess if your daughter was 17 & she had an 18 or 19 year old boyfriend you would deem that person as a criminal sex offender? You know, i myself have been such a victim & i know the difference between two teens dating & true sexual misconduct. I truly hope that this opens the eyes of some of you know-it-all, gossip loving hens......stick to your soap operas if you want drama. Life is waaaay to short to hate, especially on people you DON'T know & when you DON'T know the true stories behind the events. Don't worry about others splinters..........

WTF is "shirtwork"? Take care of your tattoos & you won't have to worry about getting an infection, btw, staph is a bacteria that lives on all of us, not something that someone gives you! I got a staph infection from a bug bite! Oh, & staff are the people that work at my store, or the doctors office...

All you witch hunters out there hating on someone that you don't even know need to get a real life and stop persecuting other people because of your miseries. Fact is, there are some real creeps out there that would go for young children, CHILDREN are not 17, a child is someone that dont get to make decisions for themselves because they are under the constant care and supervision of their parents. How much control did your parent(s) have on you when you was 17?..Oh wait, mud slinging, hiding behind a screen, mis quoting facts, plugging in a website that has nothing to do with criminal charges and basically being a hater- You are the Biggest witch hunting, puss I have ever seen.
Craig does awesome work, is professional, clean, and quite frankly is proud to be infamous as far as you are concerned! In fact, if any one need to be witch hunted, its people like you!

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Sagittarius

You're feeling ultra optimistic today, which is great for summoning up the necessary energy to do what has to be done. But don't let it go to your head and convince you that you're capable of performing miracles. If you aren't behaving in this way you'll have to cope with someone who has a swollen head and thinks they're the cat's whiskers.
