Santaluces High teacher wanted on sex charges caught in Immokalee

It is a known fact most rental cars have tracking devices and yet the police take this long to capture the moron.

it seems to be that santaluces needs to fire the person who does the hiring. or seriously look into their background and current 'happenings'. this is the 2nd teacher in 2 years. remember the band teacher? it seems as though this hiring person has some serious judgement issues.

Can anybody realize that this was consentual sex by both girls. The pregnant one just got jealous because he was having another affair and she wasn't the only one in his life. On a serious note....glad they caught this guy. Sad that he can be a teacher and do something like this. How about that Palm Beach county prosecutor and the sex with a five year old girl thing? Mike Vick, and the recent Senator involved in the sex-in-th-restroom sting. This is the face of America's leaders, celebrities and public servants in the 21st century. Truth is, the overwhelming majority of Americans see not much wrong with the state of our nation's moral compass, which has been sacrificed on the altar of personal freedom. How far we have fallen from a once proud, God fearing nation.

The girls have been having sex with him since September 2006 until September 2007. One got pregnant, went to an abortion clinic..whatever. If she had not seen the text message to the other girl and gotten jealous, she would still be having sex with him every day. Bottom line, he did not rape them, it was consensual. Mark you, I am not saying he is right, but, think about the whole picture?

amen to that and did anyone stop to think it was CONSENSUAL that means both parties consented without resistance. as I recall the law states that once you are 17 and consent to it, its not considered sexual battery, thats when its a minor under 16 and not consensual, obviously he's trying to leave a legacy.

Florida is such dire needof teachers that they'll take just about anyone. HAve you checked the FL Ed. link to teacher disciplinary actions (actions taken AGAINST teachers). All you have to do to know NOT to send your kid to a Florida school is look at the list of charges against teachers and then see what the school districts and state feel are adequate disciplinary measures. In new England, if you're charged with a drug offense or a felony of any type , you are removed from EVER being allowed neara school. Here, pay a tiny fine and go back to class. SICK and disgusting.

PS---The ACLU is busy defending the righhts of one of your own right now.
