It has come to my attention thru a property developer in st clair county, that the village of capac has just purchased the south west corner of Mill and Main Streets. The old Gambles building that burned down and the village had to tear it down and pay for it, because the owner left town. After all these years and two public auctions later, the village of capac thinks that it is worth $ 76,000.00. Thats what they paid for the vacant property from the last county auction.

But wait, capac does not have that kind of money, it has none,,, so they got a sweet heart finacing deal from st. clair county, a ten year note at some 3%+/-.( I wish i could let my property go back for back taxes and buy it back from the county at 3%) Capac village council had a meeting on this property matter, and king klug and his minions wanted it bad, real bad!!! They wanted it so the council to sell the property to somebody who would come into capac and build something, anything in capac. According to bidders at the last auction, the only live bid was $ 5,000.00 for the property but capac wanted it more for $ 76,000.00..... huhhhhhhhh

Did anyone tell them that now that they own it, it will not generate one plum nickel in property taxes for the village. If they let it go to anyone else, the village would be better off, gaing tax dollars to help out the rest of us suckers paying what we do here.

Can someone, anyone tell me who on the current village council, plus the two, high priced, not so educated managers we have on the payroll, took more than ten minutes to do some serious due dillagence in this purchase?? Did they have any outside advice to tell them what commercial DDA property is currently going for?? Do they have anyone lined up thats wants to come into capac and build something?? Did anyone tell them that after two public auctions and the only bid recieved was $ 5,000, why bid $76,000, why not bid $ 10,000??? The current council can spend our money like silly sailors in port, and why not, 99.9% of money they blow is not theirs to blow, its ours.

But wait folks, it should be quite interesting what this council, aka enlightened municiple land developers lead by a king, will do on this high visible corner. I'm thinking and betting on another pole barn building to match the other corner, maybe a used car dealership or a car detailing business!!!!!!

Obviously once again your showing the world your ignorance and the fact that you fail to even read the local newspaper you moran!, Capac was the $5000.00 bidder! The winning bidder has to pay the back tax and assessments!. Capac bid that $5000.00 if you read the TRI-City Times!, And if you knew a damn thing about real-estate and investment, you might figure out that Capac just might of made a wise investment called a "Tax-Shelter" because a vacant lot became a liability and expense to write off on the village tax bill you idiot. So before you open your pie hole, think and do your homework. That investment is what I would of done if I had known it was only $5000.00 as I would of bid $5500.00 and taken the tax write off over the next 15 years under current tax shelter law. Come to think of it, A Used Car Lot would be a good idea, in fact, I am prently purchasing 108 S. Main, a "Tax Shelter" and vacating 107 S. Main, so if you know someone who needs a place to run a car lot at 109, they can lease 107 for the car lot office. You need to grow up and back off issues you obviously have no knowledge into, and by the way, why not reveail your actual name? Got something to hide? Oh, if I was as ignorant as you I might hide behind a cyber-name too.

Hang in there, its tough out there, but you might regret selling 5 years from now wqhen the market turns and your property is worth more then it is in the present market. Now is the time to buy property, not sell it. Even we're buying 108 S. Main, formerly Enders Floral & Gifts, the price was sweet, and we're confident that our risk is good given the speculation of a turn in market conditions. My family has been investing in Commercial Real-estate for more then 75 years and we know when to hold and when to fold, and right now you can bluff your way to wealth if you invest in realestate and wait for the the cards to drop

If you were at the meetings and listening to the reasoning as why we had to purchase the lot then you would'nt be saying things that you dont know anything about!! We had to buy the property we didnt have a choice, we either buy it or give away approximately $76'000. Like I said if you were at the meeting then you would know but instead you would rather bitch and complain about things and not have all of the facts!! Wally is correct by the way! Try something new and show up at the meeting voice your concerns instead of talking out your butt!!!!!

But all of that aside Greg, could you please ask someone to put the lights on the big tree straight this year? Seriously, I'm not joking. The town looks really good and that tree with the lights thrown on it like everyone spent the night drinking and then threw them on the tree at midnight in a drunken fun fest is an eyesore. Either don't put them up or put them up right. I'm so tired of this town being the brunt of the jokes because of that tree and with everything looking so nice....just please, make it right this year or make it gone.

Sincerely
Santa

Contrary to your ignorance, I sleep very well every night!, I do not hide behind a "Cyber-Name" and take shots at people unlike you do. I do not hide from my short-comings, or as you put it, "Crimminal past", I pulled my boots up and walk with my head high because I am a human being and I make mistakes just like everyone buy you apparently. I may have a "Criminal past" as you put it, buy you can be I am in the top 25 wealthyest people in Capac right now and did it in just 5 years. Obviously I am smarter then you by a long shot. I wish you would grow balls and come meet me face to face and speak your so called "problem" with me to my face, but apparently you got none!, You have to hide under some fake name. Obviously reading over your posts, people could care less what you have to say, get the hint? Go down to Western Area Human Services, or St. Clair County Community Mental Health and get a mental health exam, take a copy of your posts and the responces that people have given and ask yourself at night who ought to be restless and unable to sleep. Your one sick puppy and need serious help. You cant get it through your thick head that peole just do not care what Wally did 10 years ago anymore. In fact, only someone with a personal interest and hate, such as my Ex-in-laws would spend the last 5 years "trying" effortlessly to trash me and interfere in my progress, your probably my son Nathan whom has been brainwashed by his grandmother to hate me without knowing me, your probably my ex-mother-in-law or a member of her ignorant clan that noone carews a damn about. So get a life and think before you speak.

Resting Peacefully

Wally

Do not pay any attention to this "Sid Vicious" idiot, he talks out his ass like I did years ago withoutout any knowledge of what he is talking about. He hides under a "Cyber-name" and thats because he is probably a nut like the one that shot Chief hawks. Someone ought to look up his Internet Service Provider and trace him back to his computer and look into him before another murder happens in Capac, take it from someone who has been inside the prison system, this guy is very dangerious, he talks like he is a hardened con and he has to attack others to get his/her jollies, thats what we call a "Psycho-Path" and it we do not track him down I will be the first to step up and point to this very post. Capac Did the right thing by buying that lot. Its a great tax shelter and I will do whatever I can to help maintain it even after I vacate my current building and move into my new one. I am here to stay, and be a part of Capac. I put my money where my mouth is, I will support this community and its political structure regardless of which side of the asile I sit, the voters spoke, we live with the elected officials until the next vote, next time, let them vote differently I say if they do not like the way things are. There is a theory, "Seperate your personalism from professionalism" and while I may not like this person or that, every person on the counsel is a person and thats why we have a process to voice our concersn. I learned that I catch more bees with honey then I do with viniger, and as the sign says in my store "I wish my mouth had a backspace key" because once publically spoken, shame on me if I cant stand upon my statement as indicative of what I truly stand for.

Respectfully,

Wally,

Not at all. I sleep damn good at night. Did my time and I moved on. I do not live in a time warp thank you! I forgot, only "Sid Vicious" is "Perfact", he/she never made a single mistake, never broke any law, come on are you kidding? Your true color comes right out of your pie hole evey timer you open it via your keyboard. Theres a sign in my store, "I Wish my mouth had a backspace key", you outta get one and hand it over your desk and read it before you open your pie hole publically.

Resting Nicely
