One of my personal hatreds of the crazy right wing tea partiests is this whole "obama is a muslim terrorist" thing. What I find amazing about it , is how people like john mccain felt terrible about that and shut down his own supporters for spouting that garbage. Thats cuz john mccain was a class act, while romney and ryan would most likely never shut down that horrible rhetoric.

whats wrong with the working poor having a say in government?

What folks in rural areas believe is if you vote Republican it's voting for "your kind". Many Republicans live wealthy lives most people in rural areas will never afford. Voting for "your kind" must be stopped because it serves no purpose. What does serve purpose is voting for the right person to best represent America whether it's local or presidential.

We are hanging on by our fingernails to a financial disaster that awaits us at the beginning of the new year with multiple programs and tax cuts that expire.

Our foreign policy is imploding in the Middle East and spreading, with four lives lost in recent days.

Fast and Furious still has no answers for the families of two murdered border agents.

The health care law continues to escalate in costs and becomes more and more unpopular as new provisions and costs are discovered.

The list can go on and on. Based simply on the above, how can we as Americans support this? Yet somehow the current president is ahead in the polls. How? I don't dislike him. I don't care what race he is or how likable the guy is - please look at the numbers, America. We simply cannot afford another four years of the current policies.

i remember when cigarettes were .50 a pack, so what's your point??? prices unfortunately go up for everything.

Our last president,was a former republican gov.How did that work out for us?Anybody that thinks like romney does,that the richest of the rich need lower taxes is insane.He plans to pay for these by raising taxes on the middle class.Same with medicare,they plan to cut costs,by making the elderly pay more.Typical repukes,anything for the rich and to hell with the rest of Americans.

Guaranteed,these same people whining about Obama,voted to re-elect that incompetent moron,bush 2,in 2012.By that time,bush had given all our surplus to the rich,let us get sucker punched on 9/11,lied us into the Iraq war,among other dumb things,and still they voted to re-elect him.And now they tell us not to re-elect Obama,who is doing a better job then bush 2 was doing,at this time in his presidency.No thanks,Obama is getting my vote.
