this broad, Kathy Gotti, moved here from Utica, or so she says, is a real screwball. A big pill popper, and has men in and out all the time. She brags about this married man who is supposed to be getting a divorce but he still hasnt. How dumb. She lost her last place because she was dumb enough to believe it when he told her he bought her a house. The police had to escort her off the property becaue she refused to leave after eviction. I don't think she works, just lives off this guy and what she can suck off others. She is definitely one to watch out for.

Do no RENT to: Joanell and Robert
Alloca and Robin Nye, They moved into my home in Dec of 2009 and had my home destroyed at the end of January. Their 2 dogs toally feced EVERYWHERE and they never cleaned up and to top it off, food EVERYWHERE, even ruined slightly new carpets and New hardwood floors. I have video and pictures to back all this up. About $15,000.00 worth of damage and Im still paying.

I have had problems with Jessica Carpenter, from what her EX has told us, she is still in Ilion but he didn't say where. She is a big problem. I hope she isn't giving her current landlord problems like she did for us.

Don't rent from Coopers at Mountainview trailer park off of 5s in Mohawk. Stay away from Fabio's Majestic Apts. in Herkimer and Academy Apts. in Little Falls. Do not rent from Snyder Apts. or Garden View Apts in Little Falls either. Stay off of Main St. in Herkimer and don't go near the Prospect complex on Prospect St. Don't rent from Entwistles as they are rich slumlords.
