This horrible tragedy bring the results of the Canadian School Bus Crash Tests some years ago to mind.

About fifteen years ago Transport Canada, the Canadian Ministry of Transportation, conducted school bus crash tests in which both large and small school buses were destroyed in crashes in controlled circumstances. The tests results showed that the instrumented crash test dummies restrained by seat belts in small buses sustained injuries that were life threatening or fatal, while unrestrained dummies recorded injuries that were not life threatening. This accident may be the first real life validation of those findings.

Did you see the pictures of the bus? In all honesty, there is no way that it would have mattered whether the children were seat belted or not. Before the official release of information concerning the seat belts that is the one piece of knowledge that was shared. Seatbelts would not have made a difference. For the sake of the driver and the school corporation thank God that the police can say that the children were in seat belts.

Santa Cruz is a joke & Boat Rocker.......... Do you have no shame, or sense or a brain at all. You two should be punished for what you typed. Retards is not an exceptable word in most peoples world. They physically challenged or handicapped or even severely retarded are smarted than you two. They have jobs and sports and all sorts of things that they can do with pride in their hearts and a feeling of success. Your success is saying the world and making fun out of stupidity, may you rot in hell.

Don't worry people, Boat Rocker is just upset because his life is worthless and his parents never told him that they loved him. He will be someone who we taxpayers will support for the rest of his life because he is so pissed at the fast food industry and will quit at Burger King, after being fired from Taco Bell. In reality he is only a punk teenager who doesn't know whats right yet.

Thank you disgusted and Calvin. That was totally uncalled for from Santa Cruz and Boat Rocker, and it still upsets me because I just recently lost my cousin whom was severely retarded at the age of 52. She had a job and could make crafts better than some people with no disabilities at all. You two make me want to wish the worst for both of you for the rest of your lives, put I will be the better one, and hope one day you'll grow up to be humans!

Sorry for your loss H-D rider. Angels come in all disguises. My son has Down Syndrome, he is only 14. He learned to ride a bike at an early age and can ride better than most. He can play a game of horse in basketball and beat the other kids with no disability. He can also out swim most. Boat Rocker and Santa Cruz have no idea what they are missing out on. Who knows maybe one day an angel will come into their lives and open their eyes. Then they will realize how ignorant they have been. If not, they will get what they deserve in the end. What comes around goes around.

Special needs kids are not retards. There are a variety of "Special Needs." ADD-Downs Syndrome-Hyperactivity-Palsy-P olio and in the past-Victims of Scarlett Fever-to name a few and there are alot more that space has no time to include. Special Needs are exactly that -Special- God has blessed me to know a few and those Children are Great Teachers and Heroes to those Who know or have known them. I will miss Kale Seabolt greatly. My Special hero.

Kale Elijah Alexander Seabolt was my nephew. He will be greatly missed by all. Just like all the other children lost in this tragedy. All i have to say about those negitive comments above is i dont understand how you can talk that way about someone you have never met like that especially about kids. And i hope you can see how ignorant you are. I am proud to say that kale was my nephew. I love you very much kale

I don't know any of the kids that were on the bus but my sympathies go out to each of the families. I have a special needs child he is Bipolar and ADHD and for anyone to call him a retard I will kick your butt. You can hide behind the walls of your computer why don't you come out and face the family and friends of these kids? I don't normally wish this on people. But to those of you that thin they are retarded I hope and pray that your first child has special needs and the next time someone calls that child a name see how you will react. God Bless all the Families of the Bus crash

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Gemini

It's a busy day and you've got quite enough to do without having to cope with people clamoring for your attention and likely to go into a huff if they don't get it. Is this person feeling neglected because you're busily occupied elsewhere or are there other reasons for their demanding mood? Simply giving them a big hug could make all the difference to their behavior.
