Assaulting a man on a traffic stop and beating
2 jail inmates. That equals 30 yrs plus the
20 yr obstruction !!!!!!!!!!

Sam (FROM FAT BOY SLIM) MUSKOGEE PAPER is showing 10 yrs. for 3 assaults = 30 yrs. and - 20 yrs. for the 2 obstruction = 40 yrs total 70 yrs. WHAT do you think (BEN M.) and his helpers did to these people? and are any of the dept., helpers going to jail or did they loose their pay or jobs? Hope LILLIAN finds out for the research going on. Folks those different charges and years to be served will run concurrently not consectatively. But I bet he will be serving a long cold hard sentence in a safe cell all by himself as he was a cop. they do not like cops in prison and other inmates do mnot trat them to kindlt. Especially one who beats up the prisoners. Wonder how much the County is being sued for.

Me wishes he was the only one abusing prisoners.I know there are more.Look at his age, how many could he have trained in his career that are still working.

Another question is how many years has he been beating people up and getting away with it. What happened to him is that he whipped up on the wrong prisoners. And how come he was allowed to have an ax handle on the job. Was this type of behavior allowed to happen, did these and possible other prisoners get medical care. A police officer at Sawyer was convicted on rape charges while on duty. He is now serving time in a federal prison.. How was this deputy allowed to be permitted to stay on duty after having a confrontation with a truck driver previously.

Hey I`m back (FBS) some times I think stuff gets lost in the wood pile. Has any one found out where (BM`S) new location is or at? I`ve now got a guest list that will keep him buzzy for some time and the staff - where is(BM)doing time? Need to know for the researce and to give these people a peace of mind - who where affected by (BM)-THANKS FBS.-- HOPE THIS COMMENT GETS THRU--

FBS, no one will probably know what prison that guy is in. As they will usually at times use an alias and also an unknow prison to hide him from the knowledge of wh he is , a cop, from the other prisoners. They do this for the safety of the prisoners. They also do this to try to keep the trouble down for the prison working staff. So happy hunting. A lawyer for the prisoner can ask for the alias and andisclosed prisoner.

Sounds to me like a personal vendetta as well. I've seen a few do that. They think it makes them look tough to show their asses and attack people in a public forum. All it shows is their inability to act like an adult. And I personally wouldn't be trying to obtain information on a person's whereabouts here. While the local agencies wouldn't do anything, I'm sure OSBI or FBI wouldn't think twice about obtaining IP information from a place like this if a crime was committed against someone. Just something to think about. As far as the person in question, he's been charged so let the legal system deal with him now. It's not your job, billy badass.

As I do alot of traveling on the topis I run accross a lot of info and curious topix. I found 1 topis that had located a location of where a snitic had run to after norking on several otherpeople to get a case suspended on hisself probably or a sentence lowered. He left Tennessee and traveled all the way to Oklahoma but the searcher found the info he needed and put his name nad location on the blogg.
and where the snitch came from. He might have still been used as a snitch. Any way I went ot the bloggs in Tennesse and finally located the incidents in the local news papers there. And sureenough it was all true about this guy. Do not know if anything happened to him. but he may have left after being put on the blogg Nothing ever stays scret long with someone looking fora person serious enough. Just takes a little digging ot find the subject. Just travel the bloggs.

As for that wayward cop he wont be to happy in that federal pen. He will be in lockdown for23 hours and allowed out for 1 hour to exercise. Maybe.

That county sheriff would be in good company in the same cell with that rapist cop from Sawyer doing his time in a federal pen also is he not. about 8 years worth.

CAT some times that info is public as it is is in open court and in the court records of the proceedings that did occur in that same court. All one has to do is look at the court recort recrd or pay for the whole thing and take it home. It is open record. Wonder how much Choctaw county is going to pay in damages to those 3 people and possible others if they seek damages if their are others out there that he beat up and they come forward.
