WHat is it that "elvis" is doing so bad that you want him replaced? Just curious. I've not heard anything negative about him.

He's a Republican, not a corrupt cookie cutter Democrat. As an independent, I wish the real Democrats would offer up some new people worth voting for.

You need to meet the man in person. Hear his views and opinions. So he impersonates Elvis, so what! Listen to his down to earth views and values. He's a breath of fresh air in these days of corrupt politicians. He believes in family, the blue collar worker, and God. He mows his own yard by hand. Name another politician that does that.

I still havent heard any reasons why he is disliked...I have a feeling he doesnt wear his elvis garb to work...lol

Yes, he does where it to work. He pulls the wool over the voters eyes with a lot of fast talking misleading and slanted facts and figures to cover up his hidden prejudice agenda!

Why does Bruce pass laws for public education but yet sends his kids to private school? Why is he against the local Police and Fire departments? He said on the radio he wanted to slash their budgets. What happed to all the money when Bruce and John decided to sell the toll roads????

I thought Daniels was getting credit/blame for the toll roads! Just when I thought I knew who to be mad at, someone comes around and throws a monkey wrench in it.

Well Sullivan county has gotten $500.000 each year for last 2 years added to there highway fund off the selling of the toll road . The money that use to just go to the 7 countys that the toll road went thru is now spread across the state. Yet you people down that way always post about you dont get any govenment money the facts are Sullivan COunty gets more state aid then most of the countys its size. Its just like welfare reguardless how much money you get its never enough. New Jails and new schools dont come cheap and its not a state problem you are building em its your problems.

This is on top of the regular money that the county recieves from the road tax. Fact Sullivan County passed a wheel tax that took in $80,000 a year, A month later after they passed the wheel tax they hired a county engineer and paid him Over $80,000.00 a year is that Indianapolis Indiana fault also?

Not to chamge the subject but if sullivan is getting so much money why do thay have the worst roads downtown of any town in the area? This is not a jab I'ld just really like to know.

Because ever time the city gets a dime they hire a new employee. Its good politics the more people you hire the more votes you have at election time Don't matter that the whole town looks like a disaster. The people who live there day after day don't notice it those who have moved away and come back 5 years later do. The whole Sullivan County is a ghost county about waiting to happen . A few more stripper mines and its all gone .
