Sullivan Co. man held in 2003 killing

Indiana State Police arrested a 53-year-old man Tuesday in connection with a three-year-old homicide investigation in Sullivan County.

Don't be too impressed with this, he has only stabbed 4 people and gotten by with it, so far. He's nothing but a human sponge, never taken care of himself a day in his life. If he doesn't walk away from this one too, I'll be surprised. I wonder how many have been stabbed in the past 3 years that no one knows about!

He's been sentenced to 25 years, but the murder charge didn't stick. And while Rudy may have cut Jute, he didn't set out to murder him, and nobody wants to remember or believe that Jute was a violent man. Just because he's dead and nobody's saying it, doesn't mean that he didn't do his share of hurting people.
