Fact: Melissa Wilson, who is currently addicted to every known drug available in the area, spent 9 months feeding her unborn baby every narcotic and drop of male bodily fluid she took in. Fact: Melissa Wilson is "free" ---- no charges pending after toxicology results for her AND the baby came back positive for FIVE ( yes 5 ) illegally obtained narcotics. This doesn't include the 4 "legal" prescriptions SHE has, totalling 9 different chemicals/narcotics. Fact: Melissa Wilson killed her unborn baby with narcotics.....either during her pregnancy, or due to wrecking the car she was driving while blowed out of her mind, suffered a broken nose.( Poor thing ) Fact: She was never charged with D.U.I., even though there is adequate factual medical records validating her intoxication and the underlying cause of the wreck.( You simply CANT drive passed out!!! Ask ANYONE!!) Fact: Lexington does not detain mothers who deliver babies who are born addicted. Hazard ARH, Mary Breck., London, Harlan, Pikeville and Jackson ALL would have arrested her for a multitude of charges.....to include possession charges for every narcotic found in her and the baby's blood, DUI, wanton endangerment of a child 1st Deg, Manslaughter 1st Deg, and willful neglect of a minor child 1st Deg. Fact: Immediately after Melissa Wilson wrecked (debatedly on-purpose), she DEMANDED to be taken to "her doctor in Lexington" refusing ANY other hospital. The wreck is now being given credit for the babies death.....as opposed to the drug abuse or driving while passed out. Fact: The baby was BORN with "no brainwaves" and kidney failure. Trauma can cause the brainwave issues, as well as the drug abuse. But DRUG addiction by the MOTHER is the only cause of the kidney failure. Who's to say the wreck had any effect on the baby at all?( NOT the Doctors!!) Need some more facts????? Ask me!=)=)=) Why? Because I'm Someone Who Knows.

DR.tell us some more .you have to be the doc. no one else could got her medical records that fast takes while get them. so dr. tell us more..who was the dad? what the dna. show?

Fact: No DNA test was ever requested or required because Ernie claimed the baby as his. The birth certificate and death certificate list Melissa and Ernie as Parents. Opinion: He was the only person there who WANTED to be there, and he held her while she died. I'd say if he wants to be called her father he EARNED it. Opinion: You can't spell, conjugate, or write a complete sentence correctly, so I am assuming the only time someone on your mental level ever needed records was YOUR records. When you obtain someone else's......they are sent electronically (with the option to print of course.) Fact: In the State of Kentucky (as well as the other 49), all Doctors are required by Federal Law to report certain things to certain agencies. Suspected child abuse, blood toxicology for illegal drugs, and a positive test for the HIV are to name only a few.(And......the patient is NOT required to be notified that their medical privacy disclosure rights do NOT apply here.) Agencies reported to can be any or all of some like these. Dept. of Family Health and Services, The American Red Cross, State, County, and any of several Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. I know you knew that the act was just that but looking back I now understand .. You were also acting . I was certain you liked her... Defending her .. But you had to make her think that you were her Ally and I understand why now.. Souls ... Little souls... I was placed in a very bad situation that I should have never been placed in .. In hours upon hours. He was so hungry, I beat the door down with him on my hip, after I diapered him and his butt was blistered.. Anyway... I knocked the door screaming for her to get her baby !!! No reply! Hour later still bedroom door shut no reply... So I got pissed and took the hinges off and when they saw I meant business she showed her sorry self . Well no milk in the fridge cause the two guys who were hanging out ignoring the baby except to make bottled and throw to him had wasted any milk that was there. I may be way off base someone... But if u r the person I thought then you are the only person that the little souls have . And I commend you . I would never let anyone speak a ill word of you in my presence .. IMO you are a hero . And if I'm entirely off base then my sincere apology and kudos to the well versed and sharply toned excerpt of the worthlessness of Melissa .... I'm a someone FAN!!MAN!!!!

JMO, I don't know the girl but if these things are true then she sounds like she is not much of a mother. Like so many of these other drug addicted women who get pregant and have children for society to support and someone else to raise. Children who often have disabilities as a result of drug use of the mother. If YOU as an adult want to take drugs, fine. Go ahead. Overdose if that is what you want to do. But for crying out loud, get your self to the health department and get some birth control and USE IT. Don't bring drug addicted children into this world that you have no intention of taking care of. Do whatever you want with your own lives but quit ruining the lives of innocent children. What is it going to be like when society has to support some of these children for the rest of their lives because they are mentally affected by preatal drug abuse?

Everything you have said is the truth. I agree with you all the way. Drugs are taking over but these girls that get out and have sex with whoever they please and couldn't care less if they get pregnant or not knows they wont have it hard cause the "STATE" is going to keep them up or Grandma and Grandpa. What a shame this is. When the baby is born with defects from the Momma's drugs, does she care? NO she does not as long as she can get her fix and get a man. I could sit here and talk until daylight against what these girls and women are doing to these blessed babies that are being born into situations that is being talked about in the topix but I wont because the more I talk about it or even think about it it makes me sick to my stomach. I agree with you when you say for them to get themselves down to the Health Dept. and get on PROTECTION. Will they do it? NO, because it puts money in their hands for more drugs from getting easily, readily, and available welfare and then there is the Food Stamps they sign up on. They sell those cards or a portion of them for less cash than the card is worth. I know people myself who do this very same thing. I am all for the drug testing on people that draw welfare or stamps. I am not talking about the people that need them and there are ones that do need it. This baby that has died is in the hands of God now and wont have to suffer one minute from the Mothers neglect and that is wonderful. Maybe this will wake up this one particular girl. I have my doubts about it though. Lord please have mercy on these little children and babies that are born into a druggie home. These children need you Lord.
