i thought it was protocal of the negotiator to try to stop killing. in this none of that mattered. family was told to not call or talk to him, and resulted in further confusion and panic. the man called out that he wanted to talk to an AA member, that didn't happen, he asked to speak to his neighbor that was a police officer and that didn't happen. if anyone is to blame here it is not just Mr. Lamb it was also the negotiator. i hold him responible for what happened. i'm disapointed in the way things were handled. i'm so sorry for the family that had to witness.
