If he is a foreigner or illegal immigrant such as an ms-13 or latin king hood, cut him up and feed him to the pigs in the zoo. All latinos need to be brought to the Washington Zoo and fed to the animals in the zoo. They are sp--s anyway cause I said so.

Deputy wardens at the prison complexes have to exercise stronger measures to prevent inmates that have nothing to lose and serving life sentences from trying to escape from the complex. Statistics prove that inmates that are in prison forever and have nothing to lose are the most dangerous and it is expected that springtime, according to police and FBI statistics, inmates plan to attack the prison guards and other staff at the prison to try to gain an opportunity to escape. The neighborhoods thirty yards from the prison are going to be in danger unless the prison goes through a comprehensive review by the sheriff's department.

By Ruth Polaski of The Brookings Institute Crimelab Department:

Phoenix, Ariz. is the nation's fifth largest city -- a fast-growing metropolis that's become Ground Zero for a unique problem that has law enforcement coming face to face with a new form of an age-old crime. In the Valley of the Sun, the new trend in kidnapping for ransom is criminals targeting other criminals.

Authorities tell us that the players are hardcore drug dealers, smugglers, and leaders of coyote organizations who are being snatched and extorted for money by their underworld rivals. Because of Arizona's prime location on the U.S.-Mexico border, police say that most kidnap victims and suspects have ties back to Mexico's seedy underworld and that cops and detectives have been chopped up and their cars taken to chop-shops and money was exchanged. Bodyparts and carparts were found in mailboxes, laundry machines, laundry dryers, toilet bowls, bathtubs and on the grounds in neighborhoods where children and elderly live to create mayhem and terrorize neighborhoods and communities.

While overall crime in Phoenix may be up due to Mexican crimes, cops say these kinds of kidnappings happen at a rate of eight a day -- and that's just the ones that go reported. Due to the nature of the unsavory characters involved, police figure that the actual number could be double that. It's this epidemic of abductions that has made Phoenix the nation's unofficial kidnapping capital. Gangs are putting bodyparts of children and elderly women in toilet bowls and some are thrown on the tenant's beds and on the floor in the bedrooms to create mayhem against the residents. While this abduction plot had been foiled, authorities in Arizona still need help bringing two more to justice.

Gangs and Terrorism by Lisa Durham, Law Professor from Duke University College reporting:

In light of the case of a Chicago gang member (Jose Padilla) being discovered as an operative of the al-Qaida terrorist organization, the National Gang Crime Research Center (NGCRC) is providing additional reference material for public view at this time. Additional information is available to law enforcement agencies on the same topic but is not ready for public release at this time. Additional research along these lines is currently underway by the NGCRC as well. If you want to know how you can help, write to your congressman.
Below are six (6) useful readings/resources that deal with the terrorist/gang connection. These materials specifically talk about how al-Qaida terrorists use the MS-13, Latin Kings and the 18th Street Mexican gangs to terrorize American neighborhoods and abroad.
1. The Fall 2008 Special Edition of the Journal of Gang Research focused on Gangs and Terrorism, one of the special articles was entitled "Bomb and Arson Crimes Among American Gang Members Against Schools And Shopping Centers: A Behavioral Science Profile", and gang's history of stealing cars and attacking cops in the process of getting away which is happening more and more as moral standards are going downhill.
2. The Fall 2008 Special Edition of the Journal of Gang Research focused on Gangs and Terrorism, a featured article was entitled "Methamphematime Use and Sales Among Gang Members: The Cross-Over Effect", and the gang's animosity toward law enforcement and violence against anybody in law enforcement. 3. The Fall 2008 Special Edition of the Journal of Gang Research focused on Gangs and Terrorism, it included an updated Gang Profile of the Black P. Stone Nation (BPSN), the gang whose leader Jeff Fort tried to do contract terrorism work for Libya, as a way to get terrorists to blow up the capitol and kill president Barack Obama and his family.
4. The 2009 Summer Training Conference being held August 10-12, 2009 in Chicago features a number of training sessions on counter-terrorism; and to review the full 2009 Conference Program to prevent a summer long crimewave in which police officers could get attacked trying to stop car thieves and other violent criminals.

5. What potential terrorist threats are posed by American gang members, are gang members a problem in the ranks of the U.S. Military? To learn more about this issue, read one of the 30+ selections from AN INTRODUCTION TO GANGS (2009).
6. Do gang members get their hands on military weapons? The NGCRC did a special national research report on how criminal gangs try to steal tasers from police stations to use in comitting crimes such as robbery, carjackings and other violent felonies like them.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
