This will be the PERFECT time for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) to come into the community & check the status of the people attending the service for this man.

If I.C.E. finds illegals (I'm sure they will), the illegals can help ship the body back: Pall Bearers.

This story line omitted the fact that the offender(s) dragged the police officer into the complex and tried to take his gun. The officer used pepper spray and then a baton to defend himself accordingly. Sad a police officer was dragged and attacked at all in Langley Park Md. ICE needs to make haste before a police officer is killed.

Who cares, this is an Hispanic Idiot who thinks he can get away with EVRYTHING. Good shoot this basterd I would've done the same thing if he had grab me. I personally know Jackson (the police officer) and HE IS SHADY AND A REAL PIECE OF WORK. He is a LIAR, cheats on his wife, he is AGGRESSIVE and KARMA is coming back to him now. You can only do wrong so many times before if turns around and bites you where it hurts. He has got away with many things but hopefully NOT THIS. What he did was MURDER and INNOCENT MAN. I HOPE PG POLICE INVESTIGATE AND I HOPE JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. We don't need SHADY COPS.

I guess time will tell who is the scum bag in this case.

Funny cause I have my FACTS STRAIGHT. I know Steve Jackson and know for a fact he has a temper and can't control his actions. So unless you were there (I was)I would keep your comments to yourself. It will all come out in the investigation though and when it's plastered ALL over the news that he was wrong and this poor mans family sues I will just sit back and laugh at both you and S. Jackson.

You were there and yet you did nothing. Your testimony is quite questionable besides your lack of effort to help anyone! The Police Officer used pepper spray and baton then his gun after being dragged into the complex by the suspects who tried to take his gun. And you did nothing but watch? Says alot about who you really are.

The Officer was well within his bounds for using deadly force. The illegals dragged the officer into closed quarters and attempted to take his firearm.

Also, the officer used all other means of force to subdue the suspects before using deadly force.

I have no sympathy for the lawless illegals that attempted to take an officer's life. This cop fought back and won, plain and simple.

I say now is the time for ICE and volunteers to start rounding up the illegals in Southern MD. The illegals continue to this moment to cause havoc in that region.

Okay, let's suppose this cop might be a total jerk. He still has a right to defend himself while being attacked for trying to do his job. Senor Espina could have just agreed to go inside with his beer or throw it away. Instead, he and his son assaulted the officer and tried to take his weapons. Whether he has a bad temper or not, he was right to defend himself.

1. He wasn't dragged in the apartment he went into the apartment "beating" that poor man while all the man could do was yell stop and was trying to get away from Jackson. I'm a 100 pound female so of course I'm not getting in the middle of it. I did call 911. And why didn't he radio in for help or wait for back-up to arrive? There are so many cops who bully and push people around, may I also add beat them up, spit on them, and just really take full advantage of their authority. It is a crying shame that the few good ones have to take the fall for the ones who are plainly "THE SCURGE OF THE EARTH". Face it, you cannot trust a police officer anymore, you have to use caution in their presence, sometimes even more so than most civilians. I have seen so many innocent people, including a poor old feeble, mentally challenged homeless man get cuffed and beat for NO REASON! This is the one who LEAST deserved it. I have seen lots of this.

Immigration to the USA is not a "human right." It is a privilege given to those who apply legally and are accepted, whether they be from Costa Rica, Russia, Myanmar, Senegal or Ireland. The current situation does feel like an invasion, so it's no wonder that more pushback is developing.

Because of Arizona's prime location on the U.S.-Mexico border, police say that most kidnap victims and suspects have ties back to Mexico's seedy underworld and that cops and detectives have been chopped up and their cars taken to chop-shops and money was exchanged. Bodyparts and carparts were found in mailboxes, laundry machines, laundry dryers, toilet bowls, bathtubs and on the grounds in neighborhoods where children and elderly live to create mayhem and terrorize neighborhoods and communities.
