Not only does it make fast flowing highway traffic ALWAYS slow down to a creep, but it is not well lit, and it has to be a manueverable nightmare for 18 wheelers and darned near impassible for oversized rigs. I wonder how proud the city engineers/planners will be of it, the first time some teenager recongizes it late, and launches himself over the big hump in the middle? Won't that defeat the purpose?
