Carlos Moral, a Ulysses businessman charged with 29 felonies in Grant County, appeared in district court Friday for a preliminary hearing.

IDK, but I hope he gets a longer vacation this time. He affected to many lives this time and deserves to spend the rest of his life behind bars and sell his house and cars to pay off his debt to everyone he owes.
