Hello Huson Montana!

My name is Jim Huson originally from Eugene Oregon. My Grandfather was Clyde Huson who resided in Everett Washington. My father Edwin Merle Huson brought our family to Eugene where I was born and raised. I have been a High School Teacher/Coach for 20 years at Republic High School in Republic Missouri. I came to the Midwest out of high school on a football scholarship and played safety for four years at Evangel University in the early 80's. I was just curious as to your towns lineage. Huson is not a real common name and I was wondering if there was a connection from my family back to your your town. Today I am coaching the Girls fastpitch softball program here at Republic High School. You would be proud because we have one of the finest programs in the state of Missouri. In my spare time I fish Professional Bass tournaments in the Midwest. Any help to my heritage and history would be greatly appreciated. I hope that one day I can see your great town.
