Nitro levy vote in doubt

I can hardly believe that the Mayor of our fine little town would make a mistake when it could concern something as important as money. The Mayor and his band of merry men in blue surely wouldn't do anything questionable or ethicly unsound. They just need to tax there shady ventures that they are in silent partners with a little more and then they will have plenty of money. NITRO wake up and get these crooks out of public office. The same little click has ran this town in the ground for way to long. We need real change from the Mayor, Chief, council and others that are just there and not doing anything for anyone other than themselves. Stop making the people of Nitro pay for their greed.

Nitro217, I couldn't agree with you more. Our fine little town has been in deep dodo since he was elected 12 or 13 years ago. For me and my extended family, we are voting no on this levy that is coming around for the second time - sometime in January. They need to stop spending so much on the band of merry men in blue. The city wastes more than most of us make.
