The rednecks and Mexicans will have a new hang-out while the locally owned stores sink! People get on here and rant wanting a better town yet never give any thought to their actions.

The plans have fell thru because of the residents on that road. Many would lose farm land. I personally think if it were to go thru the slum trailer park in the curve, then it would be fine.
