yes its real. i was there when someone was killed. i ran from so hard my hole hurt me.

That's awful. we used to love going up there to see the ghosts. They were invisible and all, but one was there once.

I use to live in Huntsville. I have seen the play ground. I never knew the real story behind it. Does some know what happen.

It is a playground next to Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville. The swings and slides were removed and many thought it was going to be destroyed but they were replaced with new equipment and it is still there. There is a video on youtube about it.

ohhh yea..ii have been there..you just get this weird feeling when yo uare there..people have slso said if you walk futher into the cemetary there is a man in a white coat that you will see...ii have never seen him but me and two of my friends went and we like swang and stuff..and when we left we stopped the swings completly and when we got back in our car we looked down at the swings and they were goin as high as they would go..and the wind wasnt blowing or anything..its a real good place to get spooked at:)

how been here all my 51 yrs and all of my family are buried there at maple hill. why cant theyleave things alone here in huntsville. they never do nothing right here but want money money. that all they want here. brenda webb the head of maple hill can stop that if she really want to but she want. she want even let me sell the 3 lots there because of my late father got them before he died . and he has been dead 10 yrs in december. because i dont have any paper work on it. this town sucks good time and i cant stand it anymore but im disable now and cant moved away.

I have been to "Dead Children's Playground". This is a really spiritually active place. My friend and I went several years back. We could hear footsteps and could feel strong presence around us. I felt like someone was right behind me... following and watching.

OMG, hilarious. I have sat in that playground many many nights late with my friends partying in my 20s and we never saw a thing. We use to hang out there all the time. I use to meet my girlfriend there late at night and would sometimes sit by myself for an hour or so waiting for her. Its a hoax as is the Hells Gate on Green Mtn. A few years ago I went up there at about 3am by myself and sat there for an hour on my hod and saw nothing. We use to party at Sallys grave too, nothing. Hoax hoax hoax...I would have no problem going to the playground right now by myself and sitting for an hour.

I went there tonight October 30. This place is haunted! The swings were swinging and I heard footsteps in the woods! Thats some crazy stuff! I was curious and went down to the swings and heard little kids laughing! I immideatley got the hell out of there! If you want to go, Halloween would be the perfect night because a girl exactley a year ago from October 31 shot herself in the head on the last step entering the playground! Im going tomorrow around 9:00. The best place to park is the church located right past the playground on the right. If you park there the cops will not see your car parked at the enterence. If your not scared maybe Ill see you there tomorrow!

You are all wasting your time. I have spent many night in this playground. Not haunted, never was, never will be

A big group of us went there one time, id heard the legends for years and was always too scared to go,we drove a few of our cars up there and went down into the playground..the swings moved but it could have eaisly been the wind..we gave up and started to leave, then one of the girls that was with us car lights cut on..her car did not have automatic locks and no one else was in the parking lot. We hauled ass outta there.

so yeah it is fun to at least check the place out, you might see something and you might not..but now the gates are locked and the cops are there regularly after hours..but its just as creepy during the day.

There are also story's about the cemetery next to it that are pretty creepy too.
