Hey union man just take this contract lying on your back with your feet in the air just like you like it. And I'm sure you'll be the first one crying once you get screwed every damn weekend and in three years when u can't make it with the 1.50$ raise when everything else that you gotta buy has raised 3.00$. Screw this contract I'm voting no and it's sad that there are so many people like you in this so called damn union..

No its not just sucks that are voting yes. It's people with a little common sense. The government pretty much ruined unions striking in the 80's when they ordered all the air traffic controllers back on the job after they went on strike. Every union man and woman in America should've walked off the job the very next day. We walk on a contract that isn't robbing us completely and obviously an there will be busloads of Mexicans doing our jobs the next day. Maybe even the Chinese guy working for fish head on prastic prate. If you aren't willing to work for what they are offering leave but its time all union people face a little reality the days of striking as a negotiation tool are over. The only thing unions are good for now is to keep people from getting fired when they shouldn't. Without this union if you made a mistake and cut something too short or didn't cut enough Special Metals would fire your rearend. That is the best we can hope for from our union. How many people do you hear say they can't pay all their bills of they don't work a lot of overtime. People base their budgets on this overtime. The company would leave us on a picket line for a month. Then they will offer us a worse contract and people will be so broke by then that it would pass.

Good to know there are other sober people here. I won't vote for a contract that doesn't include random drug testing. When one of these pillheads gets me killed who will take care of my family.
