WHAT A CROCK! IT WAS ACTUALLY THE GOD AWFUL LAWYER HE HAD, KRISTINE MICHAELS WHO MADE HIM PLEAD GUILTY AND HAS HAD HIM SITTING IN JAIL FOR 3 MONTHS! AND THE SUPPOSED 'VICTIM' WASN'T EVEN HURT! IF YOU GO BACK AND READ THE ACTUAL COURT LOG FROM THE DAY AFTER THE INCIDENT IT CLEARLY STATED THE VICTIM, CHRISTOPHER SHUSTER, WAS RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL WITH 'MINOR INJURIES'! SO TELL ME, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THIS IDIOT THEN SHOWS UP ON THE DAY OF SENTENCING IN A NECK BRACE WITH HIS BICYCLE MANGLED AT HIS SIDE?? CAN ANYONE SAY ''BULLSHIT????" WORD TO THE WISE DUMMY...RIVER ROAD IS NOT THE ROAD TO RIDE YOUR 6000.00$ BICYLE! IT'S A ONE LANE HIGHWAY EACH WAY AND YOU WERE NOT INVITED ON THE SHOULDER!! I know that lawyer Kristine Michaels and can anyone say "IDIOT". I retained her as a lawyer only for her to have me arrested at home because she never followed thru with the local court. Then to Doylestown, where she proceded to select a "jury" which the DA had to say, "Kristine, there is no jury for this type of case". Can anyone say "DUH"? Who in the hell made this idiot a lawyer? Where did she get her degree? Probably the bubblegum machine!
