That should really work out, hell didn't even know he was in charge of "maintenance! If anyone thought that the Matline would help in keeping this plant running, there goes that theory! You should be glad he took over. He's one of the best newbies I've seen. Sorry to see Adrian leave though.

S-2 employees in the fabrication area can be thanked for some of the reason for the move to Aiken. I used to work in the matline and the supervisors use to call the roving area the "playpen". Roving area have the best place to work in the plant and they act like spoiled kids; especially the good for nothings in the lab. At least the fab people try to work vs. get out of it. Many a time the roving winders were left running while operators went or break or even out of the plant. Shame.

Quit bashing the S-2 people they are good workers the S-2 fab area has nothing to do with the move to Aiken. I guess you are all mad that you don't work in the roving area but you had the chance. That's funny fab people work vs trying to get out of it they do the samething roving people do what world are you in!!!!!

Its the younger employees fault no its the older employees fault no its rovings fault they're lazy uh uh its maintenances fault no it has to be the unions fault no its the office people . I think it just the fact that all things have an end and ours is coming wether we like it or not and we should have the morals of a good captain and do everything to save the sinking ship even though its still gonna sink and quit pointing fingers like children

You are right John. Since 1983 Aiken has been trying to get a roving dept started. I guess they think they finally did it. Getting mad at each other in the Huntingdon plant isn't going to solve anything. We need to keep on plugging away and hope for the best.
