I have lots of questions:
1. Does the city now own the mill?
2. What are the traffic/road plans for E. Belmont?
3. What about parking?
4. Any tax dollar commitments forthcoming?
5. How is the going in Huntersville? We ought to see what the people up there are saying.
Their concept sounds excellent - but we need to count the cost here.

Kids could become firefighters, construction workers and recording artists for a day if an interactive children's museum is built here.

I looked this up on GIS and that property (Chronicle Mill - PID#125928) is owned by RL Stowe Mills and has a tax value of $565K. If the City plans to lease it for $1/yr that would mean they first have to purchase it!
