Jul 20, 2010 ... Charges have been dismissed against a former funeral director in Houston who was accused of abuse of a corpse. James Howard Patton. Harris County Assistant District Attorney and public information officer Donna Hawkins said by phone that "the charges were dropped because of insufficient evidence."
