As you know, Lynn Wells quit and handed it over to Lynn F. Who can blame him? It's sad because that's exactly what he wanted. My questions is: No one there has ever been a certified firefighter. Who is training people and doing the paperwork? Is it all just the Fregia clan now? What happens in a real emergency? Pretty scary, I think. What do ya'll know?

BTW, I am from Hull-Daisetta area so I am concerned, too.

I think that The Hull-Daisetta Fire District should have to furnish someone to certify some of these people in the Fire Department, since the Tax Payers are paying for a fire Dept. Where is our representatives on the Hull-Daisetta Fire District Board. Some of you might not have known they even existed. Jimmy Richardson was on this Board at one time. What is this Board for, if they do not look into things like this. The Commissioners court doles out the little money to fire dept, so what does the Board do?(NOTHING)

Maybe Lynn F. is going to buy the fire Department. Lynn W. needs to sell him the old shut down Car Wash. This whole Fire District and Daisetta City TAXS is what is killing this place. I look for the City of Daisetta to file Bankrupt and go back to the County taking care of everything. Why not, we are paying County taxs just like the people in Hull and their roads are in better shape than ours and they don't pay any Big City tax.

Who is running the City of Daisetta? Why doesn't the City pass an ordinance against these run down and crumbling buildings and houses in Daisetta. If Daisetta wants to be a City, then act like one. This place looks more like a City Dump than the City of Daisetta. Give the owners of these junky looking places 30 days to either clean up or remove their junky buildings. Don't set at the City Council table and think, if we have these buildings removed then we can't charge taxs on them. These junky buildings needs to go in order to get started cleaning this mess up.

Hey Big Mouth since Lynn F. took over the Fire Dept. you will be seeing a Fire District Tax Rollback coming in the next vote since Lyn and Debra pushed so hard for the School Tax Rollback. This way we can get certfied fire fighters, raises all around new fire trucks and may have money left over to start construction on the new Fire Cheifs home.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Scorpio

If you're feeling brave enough, you should get out all your receipts`, and then tot up how much you've spent this month. Or don't you have the courage to do so? It will be far better to know the truth than to pretend that everything's all right. But don't let it spoil what promises to be a delightfully enjoyable and rather emotional day.
